2 days now I have ordered a regular coke via the app and both times I have received a diet. You can’t call because they never answer the phone or it is busy! All I wanted was a simple coke and they messed that up! Do better

As others have said, check you order. It might be labelled correctly but will likely be made wrong, if you asked for any customization. In addition, the burger was burnt and dry, even by McDonald's standards

Place is a joke. Burger wasn't even on the bun. They will serve people in 1 drive through line but not the other, cannot get right change back maybe 2 people that know what their doing in whole place. And you are charging how much for a big mac fast food is a joke right

Very clean environment. The staff is very respectful and professional. Let the past go hey? Enjoy life and laugh as much as possible. I've been to prison 6 times and it's not fun always having to be on guard and being tough. Of course I'll stand on my own 2 feet if I had to but I took down the bad review. And as far as I'm concerned I admire your work ethic and family strength loyalty and honor. Your culture as a whole. It's been a long day for me but I just beat some criminal charges and seen my PO down the street and another clean piss test and I'm waiting for my ride. Life is getting better. If you believe in Jesus then you know it's all about love and forgiveness. I'm not perfect and I can only try to be a better man.
I will never go to this location again. I ordered a coffee drink and they charged me with someone else’s order. When I told them they said they would give me a refund, but when I got my credit card statement I was still charged for something I never ordered.

This McDonald's I don't care if you go inside or go through the drive-thru In this case I went through the drive-thru this is now the third time in one week I trusted this McDonald's to get something very simple right a staple of their menu a sausage egg McMuffin with cheese and what do I get ham they're doing it on purpose when you ask for your order to be fresh cook as I stated the third time this week I am never ever visiting this McDonald's again and I advise you to steer clear of this McDonald's pitiful can't get a simple sandwich right that you are known for a sausage egg McMuffin what a damn shame your whole staff should be reprimanded from the cook that gave such little regard to a digitized order and in my opinion did not care about the consumer And then on top of that when you call their phone number they purposely don't answer the phone horrendous location
I order through drive threw and they never get the order right I ask for two meals and when I get my order it’s always wrong Only get one meal I was really upset I dnt know if they understand what we said threw

So, it really is the worst possible experience when you drive to a place that's supposed to be open 24 hours, and when you get to the drive-thru at 12:30 you're told "The restaurant is closed."Seriously, professional places keep professional hours.I should get a free meal next time for having driven around for 40 extra minutes.

No drive-through they say they were rebooting the system when I had to put my order in before I came up to the window did the «АЗЯА no service and food now I’m waiting. At the window we waited 25 minutes so can reboot. Not no one come to the window one Mexican lady came to the window they have to reboot 30 minutes waiting no one came to the window.
They filled my big Mac and there’s only meat
