I gave this place a bad review over 2 years ago. They must've gotten new employees since because I haven't had a single problem with them.

Great Noodles location, fresh and quality food with honest and helpful staff. I had an item forgotten in my order today and they were very apologetic and even reimbursed me with a free dessert! One of the better ones around the Madison area for sure.

I am not a huge fan of online anything really. However, I ordered my daughter's lunch online. It was easy and very organized to do so. My daughter ordered the Pad Thai that had specificities. Even though we talked to no one when ordering, they got it right and to the "T"! Pickup was also a breeze. Well done Noodles!

Dietary restrictions: You can order with any requirements and they'll get it right.

Parking: There's also pick up only parking.

Buffalo Chicken Mac had no Buffalo sauce because they put it on the plain Mac and cheese. Didn't acknowledge or greet when walked in. Ready 15min past the promise time because they were standing around in the back.

I ordered a Pad Thai to go, but when I get home the pad Thai has not sauce at all. Very disappointed, despite the fact the staff are friendly.

We slowly have been avoiding coming to this location. There are rat traps out for the public eye. We ordered a regular size drink with our pick up order and were denied a cup by the employee stating a cup was already in the bag when showing the workers a bag with no cup we were met with attitude and lost out on 3$. Eating our food at home it was cold noodles were not cooked well and found hard pieces of something none edible in the penne Rosa.

Darion and their coworkers took creative liberties on my meal when they ran out of tortellini. Instead of contacting us to see if the substitution was okay, they did what they wanted and didnt say anything. We were unable to get a refund upon returning to the store.

Train your employees how to handle out of stock items, random substitutions without the customers knowledge are not okay and can potentially be harmful.

Great place to get fast food that is good, tasty and with many healthy options. Especially Greta options for kids and teenagers. My kids love it.

I ordered Linguini Fresca which I love. I had a few bites and felt nauseous so I stopped eating it. I don't know what happened but I wasn't too happy. I sent a message to Noodles and Natalie at the Triverton location reached out very quickly. Apologized and sent a coupon. It wasn't a great experience but they rectified it quickly and I will go back; as overall I usually have a great experience and the food is tasty. They have lots of healthy options and the med salad is pretty amazing too.
