I was very impressed with Miram (not sure if that is how you spell their name) but I ordered food and ordered extra food just to have delivery because I had a metting and was unable to go get it so I paid for food I was not even going to eat. I literally put in the instruction to delivery to the office but the delivery driver took it somewhere else and 30 minutes later, I finally found my food in a hallway now cold and without my drink so needless to say I was very irritated. When I contacted Noodles, they were super friendly and refunded all of my money when it wasn't their fault. She was amazing to talk to, listened to my frustration and would order from them all day long!

The cashier took our order after making food, then took a phone call, then finished making our order. The cashier never washed his hands! I could not eat, I was so disgusted! You can not trust stopping at any of their locations for a safe meal anymore!Shocking! Their response was to send me a link to another survey. How many surveys do they need to know they are an awful place to visit?

I decided to give this location another try and the restaurant only had one other costumer inside and it took 30 min to get a single dish, I was told after 20 minutes they are working on online orders. When I asked for a refund the employee threw a fit and said they are making it now. I proceeded to wait just over 10 more minutes, then demanded a refund without receiving my food yet

Great food, great choices, great healthier options. One thing I always get is one of those giant rice crispy treats. Except....the one I got last time seemed like it was half made....not mixed completely in the marshmallow/butter mixture. Very dry cereal in some spots with barely any marshmallow mixture - and yet clumps of marshmallow in other spots. I don't think they were like that before.

Just weird - I was with a party of 3 for dine-in, yet my order was set up to-go, and I had to remind them of my beverage purchase. I don't know how they put together a dry bowl of buttered noodles, but somehow they succeeded. N&C is normally a go-to when I'm on the road - my first negative experience with one.

Buttered noodles were super dry with hardly any seasoning. Diced apples were brown. Overpriced kids meal for what you get. Might as well order a small entree and get twice as much.
The quality of food is not good at this location. I think I will be passing next someone wants to order from here.
