I have been going to this pancheros since I was in elementary school and I love it here! The food has always been good and the workers are always so nice! But recently their cheese hasn’t been tasting right. I get quesadillas frequently and their cheese sometimes smells rotten and tastes funky. I hope something improves because I love going here and hate having to toss out a quesadilla if the cheese smells and tastes funny.

I love pancheros but everytime in the past couple of months I have gone there, it seems like I get skimped on ingredients it’s pretty ridiculous that I have to ask for pretty much double every ingredient to get to a normal burrito.

The food is amazing, I've gone here multiple times within a week. And recently I've went here to order my usual, which was a Burito. But later, when I opened up the wrapping to eat, I noticed the Burito was MUCH smaller in thickness than usual. Usually, I could take a bite, and the burito would be filled with ingredients to the point where it'd start falling out. However, this burito clearly did not meet the same criteria. I'm genuinely disappointed that this burito was barely filled and have lost much trust in this place, I no longer have any interest in going back again. Just ONE bite was enough to showcase how little they filled it.

I stopped in on Monday, October 30th, 2023. The gentleman behind the counter took my order and when he was going to wrap my burrito up, he asked me if I wanted the large Pico cup in addition. I don't go in real often, but when I do I ordered the same thing, which includes a large cup of Pico. I asked him if he remembered that I always get that, and he said yes. He was so pleasant and professional. Don't know your name, but kudos to you. You showed that your customers matter to you. You should be rewarded.

I like this place. The fresh tortillas really are impressive, and the chips and salsa/queso are better than at any of the competing quick texmex places. The staff is always working hard and upbeat when I visit.

I have never had Pancheros before, only chipotle and qdoba. I was visiting Fitchburg and decided to try. I can say I like pancheros the most, it tasted so fresh and the chips are better compared to chipotle/qdoba. Unfortunately no locations near Milwaukee, I will be back! :)
