The staff at this panera bread are phenomenal. I love coming by for my lunch as often as I can cause I am addicted to the amazing food and the staff make my experience great every time.

First salad ive genuinely enjoyed was the fuji apple salad from here, crisp with a light flavor. As someone who prefers deep fried and red meats this was a great change of pace.

I ordered a sandwich, there were a couple things I did not want on my sandwich but also added And paid for a second cheese, Sandwich arrives with a dab of avocado no white cheddar cheese even though I paid extra for extra cheese. Why can't you get a sandwich right? You very specifically say what do you want omitted and what do you want added and you can't do it. Very very disappointing.

I went here during the snow storm Saturday night before heading to work at 1900. Everyone was very pleasant, greeted me upon entering and twice, I was told to be safe and drive careful!! My order was correct as well. Thank you to your staff for a very welcoming visit!

I usually order for rapid pick up, but today I had to order by delivery. I know the prices are higher. My problem was with the delivery driver. Before I even received the order, I got a text from the driver asking me to increase my rate, which I assum meant to increase the tip. The driver works for Door Dash and says he only gets paid a small amount for the delivery. The driver said if I couldn't do he will still delivery the order with no problem. Well, I should hope so since I'm already paying Panera more for the delivery. I did enter a tip on the order. Maybe it's just me, but I really felt that was pretty rude. I won't be doing delivery again.

This location appears to be under ether new ownership, or new management. At any rate, it is a massive improvement. The seating area has been remodeled attractively. And more importantly, the staff is no longer screaming the names of customers whose orders are ready for pick-up.
Their Fitchburg staff are incredibly professional and polite. They always greet you when you walk in and are so pleasant. Really first class with their customer service. Also, they are always cleaning if they aren’t busy with customers.

This is an updated review. It appears that this Panera location is either under new ownership or new management. The interior has been nicely updated, and the food service is much improved. (I didn't hear staff screaming customer's names when their orders are ready. Hopefully the screaming is now history.) Eating at this location is so much better with these changes.

The update is nice but, I feel it's it doesn't have the warm feeling it had and is noisier than previously. The restrooms could use some updating as well. One soap dispenser has been broken for over a month and the stall doors don't always lock due to misalignment. My only real complaint is the sun shines in so brightly at several of the tables that it makes it difficult to sit at them. I've been told that corporate is looking into.It doesn't stop me from coming in as I enjoy the comradery of the group we sit with.
