This place is a disaster and always has been, going back decades. How about the time I got a turkey sandwich, and there was a slice of deli paper between the turkey slices? Or the time we got bagels for work, and there was a metal shard baked into the bottom of one? Or the time I went in at 9am for a bagel and they were out of every bagel but one. I could complain about all my favorite dishes they discontinued but I won't. Oops, too late.

What prompted me to write this: last week I went in and ordered the egg white avocado breakfast sandwich. The counter person didn't speak English, had no idea what I was talking about even though I pointed to it on the wall menu. I confirmed it twice, but when I got to work it was some skimpy avocado toast monstrosity. Today I went in, ordered the same sandwich myself through the kiosk just to make sure. I got to work and guess what? It was some egg and bacon brioche thing. The receipt was correct but the sandwich was not. So now, if I ever go back, I'll have to unwrap it in front of the counter to make sure it's correct.

Are all Paneras this bad, or is just the Fitchburg one?

I ordered food months ago. It was never delivered. The restaurant claims they tried to send the order two times. I was never refunded. I’m out $50 for an order I never received.

Customer service for this company is so bad they never even saw this.

I placed a pick up lunch order for 11:15 am a few hours prior to that time. My food was not in the rapid pickup area when I arrived at 11:15, so around 11:20 I finally asked the lady packing orders about mine. I was told they "have my order", but not given an estimated wait time. Order was finally ready at 11:35, with no apology, no coupon. Very poor customer service. On the positive side, the order was correct and the food very good!

We walked into the store, and said hi to what looked like the General Manager, in response we got a blank stare, then after we proceeded to order our food, we looked for a table and there is NOT ONE CLEAN TABLE we wiped one down ourselves. HOW IS TACO BELL IN SUN PRAIRIE CLEANER AND HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THIS PLACE?! this place is a joke along with every worker here. OH AND ALSO THE LADY THAT WAS SERVING THE FOOD HOLLERED AT ME TO GEAB MY FOOD INSTEAD OF JUST SENDING THE TXT MESSAGES AS SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO.

A little confusing when first entering. I'm used to entering and seeing the counter. In this one, you have to look around a bit. Also their bagel selection was very limited.
