Disappointing and dirty. When I noticed all the cobwebs hanging from the light fixtures in the restaurant, it made it hard to enjoy my meal. As a vegetarian, I always have enjoyed qdoba's because there was a nice protein option for me, however, during this visit, they made my burrito so small, I would have had more beans and a larger size if I had gone to Del Taco or even Taco Bell. My burrito was tiny. My husband's burrito was normal size.

Absolute horrible service. Came in today with a party of four people. We never got greeted or our order taken. We waited for over five minutes and no one even said anything while we waited in line and the staff continued making online orders. The line of people at the Qdoba became longer and longer while they just worked on online orders and never took an order from anyone that was actually there. After waiting for over seven minutes and no Acknowledgment from the staff, we decided to eat elsewhere. We went to noodles and Company, where we were promptly greeted and served, and we got our food in a timely fashion. I would not recommend going to this Qdoba location specifically because of the lack of service And quality.

I was really disappointed with my order today. Several items I requested were missing — I ended up just getting rice and beans when I had ordered a full meal. This isn’t what I was hoping for during my lunch break. It felt careless, and unfortunately, it left a bad impression. I hope the staff can double-check orders more carefully in the future.

My husband and I always go to this location since its close to home. The food of course is great! …. But today I witnessed an older woman employee speak to the male cashier so disrespectfully! It did not sit right with my husband and I. We even herd her say in spanish “I said to be quiet” As someone who works in customer service the customers should never see this behavior and that behavior should not be going on a work place environment, just straight up inappropriate. I hope she was not the manager.

Horrible customer service , the young one in the line had an attitude and said I was being rude when I just asked him to rewrap my sandwich because it was falling apart .. I’ll never go back here , Mononas is much better!!

Tried this Qdoba for the first time and I was impressed. I built a burrito and the server didn't skimp on anything. Talk about a burrito as big as your head! (Oh wrong place, ha). The sauteed peppers, Cholula Chicken and beans and rice were delicious. They have a very nice outdoor patio too and a clean and inviting dining room. See pics.

I was trying to order online for a pick up but it just spins and spins. I called the store, the little man that answered the phone was rude and doesn't comprehend very well. Get people in your store that are customer service orient.
