Up til now I have been pleased with this location. After my last visit though, I have a completely different opinion. I took my family here, so 4 foot long subs and drinks. When I went to pay the screen quickly flashed info about the app. before immediately switching to showing me my total. Out of habit I placed my card into the machine. As it was processing I told the employee I didn’t have the chance to enter my phone number. He tried to say I was no longer able to earn points cause I missed the opportunity to do so. When I questioned that, the employee next to him said that I would have a spot on my receipt to do so. I accepted that an employee was giving me accurate information, took my receipt, and moved on. Later that night when I tried to use my receipt I found that there is nowhere on there to enter your information. The employee gave me inaccurate information. When I called to speak to a manager, and relay my experience, she said the day was now closed, and essentially told me to bad.I give this location 1 star for customer service.

Ordered on the app for pickup. This is one of the few locations that take online coupon codes for BOGO subs. The sub was packed full of fresh veggies and turkey. No complaints. See short video of the ingredients behind the counter.

Honey mustard bottle filled with BBQ sauce instead of honey mustard. This last mistake made my sub taste horrible. Prior to this I had to repeat myself multiple times so I felt like I was being listened to. Staff were only interested in talking amongst themselves. highly disappointing experience.

Great Beyond

Please tell your employee not to use the term "dawg" in place of a customer name. Especially when you don't know them at all. It's not cool, but very rude.

The lettuce was bad and when I asked for them to change it the said no. So instead of spending more money I didn't due to the bad brown lettuce.

Place is gross. Used the restroom and there was no toilet paper. The floor was sticky and dirty. The pop machine needed a good cleaning. Also the stainless steel counter was gross also.
