I thought I would try some tots, but I don't eat pork and so I ordered them without bacon. After waiting close to an hour for delivery, I received my order and tots...which were covered in bacon. I called to let the store know my order was wrong, which is a recurring issue for me at this store, and the staff were all very short with me. At no point did anyone even offer a, "Sorry about that".
