Darian gave us great customer service and was very polite in letting us know about upcoming events in the week.

Went to Fitchburg location 845am 1 worker female stated she was drowning in orders and didn't know how long the wait would be. Not professional at all. Whoever in charge (manager) needs more workers or whoever runs this location should come in and help the overflow. Worker was stressing. Not a good look. Left location along with another individual.

I found a piece of plastic in my smoothie bowl. I was more freaked out when I thought it was a hair, but still wtf? not even sure what piece of pink plastic is used to make stuff here that would result in it ending up in my smoothie bowl (that I paid almost $15 for) but considering that a smoothie bowl requires some assembly (putting on all the toppings and whatever) I'm surprised that nobody saw it sitting in there. i like tropical smoothie cafe overall and I go after work outs. won't be ordering a smoothie bowl again and might be a while before I feel comfortable visiting at all. disappointing!

The smoothies and bowls are great!!! I especially LOVE the bowls. They have so many great textures and flavors and they're very filling. I haven't actually tried the other kinds of food. Carl, the manager, is very personable and knowledgeable. He REALLY knows about the menu items. Friendly service every time I've gone to the cafe, from everyone who works there!

I don’t normally like to write poor reviews, but I didn’t have a great experience yesterday when I visited this location. I ordered one smoothie and there was only one person who ordered in front of me. After I ordered, the employee put the ingredients in the blender but did not continue finishing the drink because after every time a new person came in, she started on their’s instead and wasn’t finishing anyone’s. After 15 minutes, a new employee came in and gave me my smoothie. The person who was ahead of me still didn’t have any of their food. When I got to the car and tried it, it had still not been fully blended so it was really clumpy. I was pretty disappointed since it cost $8 and was bad enough I could not finish it. I would recommend going to the University Avenue location instead.

Genuine question, are yall instructed to cut the quesadillas as if you gave it to a two year old with a plastic knife from a toy set? Mine was practically cut horizontally and then one tiny edge was also cut, with Neither of them being cut even through the cheese let alone both layers of tortilla. This is pathetic. Do better.

They were fantastic!! First time we have ever been there and will definitely be back! They were extremely busy but the guy working was quick and we had our food in no time! I was very impressed there customer service too!

Excellent smoothies. They aren't overly health foodie. Just high quality, tasty smoothies. The staff were super friendly. And the flat breads were also quite good. Definitely will come back again.

My kids, who are usually picky eaters, also loved it. My daughter has a tree nut allergy and they did such a great job with that. I love that this is a smoothie place she can enjoy too!
