Why must you get rid of your sweet and sour sauce??? Obviously this is not the employees fault, every time I go they're so nice, and they very rarely get my order wrong so it's good stuff. But the chicken nuggets will never be the same without my sauce 😔

Food was great. The customer service was amazing. The employees were very accommodating. No complaints about it at all. They got my order correct. My friend wasn't feeling very well and one of the employees gave him something to help. 10/10 would recommend. Probably the best Wendy's I've been to in a long time.

No point in ordering on the app for drive thru. Generally faster to go inside. Today I waited over 15 minutes to get to the window so I didn't bother to check the bag. The order was all wrong! Got a chicken BLT biggie meal when I had ordered a classic chicken sandwich. I also ordered a large diet coke and ended up getting a large regular coke. I'm diabetic after drinking a couple of sips, I had to dump it out! If I go back, I'll just eat inside but it's going to be awhile before I go back!

Horrible service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tried to order was passed by by 4 employees. Left before we could eat.
My worst experience at a Wendy's to date.

This is what you diffidently call corporate GREADY. I had been with a friend of mine and we both were walking through the parking lot at the Wendy’s at 2858 Fish Hatchery road in Fitchburg Wisconsin and my friend found a wireless headset in the parking lot and he picked it up and he didn’t know what type of headset it was and we both thought it was a Bluetooth communication headset for motorcycles that 2 or more people riding in a group of motorcycles can communicate with each other. My friend she later gave me the headset and I eventually looked it up online google searched it and I found out that it was a drive through headset and it sells for $913.49 from the manufacturer and I then called Wendy’s and I asked them if they were missing a drive through headset and I talked to a manager named Rose at 5:08 PM central time Tuesday September 23 2025 and Rose told me that they were missing a headset and I told him that I do have it and I on the phone I told him how I came across it and I was able to find about what type of headset that it is by doing a google online search. I went out of my way to be nice enough to deliver the headset to Wendy’s and after I gave the headset to the Wendy’s manager Rose, I told Rose that I was hungry and I haven’t had anything to eat for some time and I was starving and I told him that I had stopped at the church a couple doors down and I looked in the outdoor little free food pantry box to see if there was anything to eat and I told Rose that there was nothing in the little free food pantry box and I explained to Rose that I was starving and I kindly asked Rose if I could please at least get a burger to eat and Rose said that he would have to make a phone call to get permission and then after he made the phone call he came back to me and said no I can NOT get a burger. I said to Rose that the headset sells for $913.49 from the manufacturer and Rose said that Wendy’s has a lot of money and no problem Wendy’s would have spend 1 thousand dollars for a replacement headset. I could have been dishonest and I could have easily sold the headset on eBay for at least $550 dollars and yes someone on eBay has a used headset listed for $550 dollars for sale. I see that Wendy’s doesn’t appreciate me being honest and I getting that headset returned to them. To make matters even worse, the manager Rose didn’t even say thank you to me for returning the headset. Obviously the rich people that run a corporation are rich because they are GREEDY and don’t have any passion for others and I think it stinks. Corporate GREED. I see exactly what the term pee on means and I feel like that Wendy’s peed on me. So the saying goes no good dead goes unpunished. Thank you Wendy’s for treating me like garbage.
