It's only been maybe a week when arby's came out with their turkey, and they're out already. Really sucks. We only have so many days off and I don't have time to go when i'm working to fast food places.

The employees were nice and the lobby was clean. We ordered a variety of things and our order was right!
The food was a big disappointment. I did try the steak nugget bowl. It was good but cold. We ordered curly fries. They were cold, tasted burnt and all we got were the tiny hard pieces. We ordered strawberry lemonade. It was basically strawberry water. We ordered milkshakes. They were thin and didnt really have any flavor. My friend ordered a roast beef. It was cold.
I don't expect a whole lot from fast food but food should at least be warm. I didnt enjoy the food so I wont be back.

I ended up not taking my food. The kid at the window was sneezing all over everything and pulling out his wedgie from his back side. If that wasn't bad enough he put his unloved fingers in my fries.

We were there around 8 PM on Tuesday night. I ordered the smokehouse brisket as I normally do and my husband a turkey club and curly fries. There were just broken short pieces of fries and not a curl to be seen. Even worse, there was seriously about an ounce of brisket and the top bun had about 1/3 missing, like someone took a knife and cut it off. I showed the shift manager that told me they are portioned at 3.5 oz. NO WAY that was 3.5 ounces. I decided $8+ was a bit steep so she gave me my money back. My only regret was that i didn’t take a picture.

I drove ten miles to get supper for 3 people almost 30 dollars. My cheese burger had several long hairs in it...too much for it to be an accident or someone shedding. I called the manager, and she offered a couple of coupons. The place makes me want to puke.

Every time we get food from here, it's awful, but today topped it. We didn't get everything we ordered, the shake was warm and soupy, the fries were cold and tasted like they were made hours beforehand. This happens everything. My suggestion is to hire people that know what they're doing. It's been both drive thru and dine in.
