Brickhouse Pizza Pub

Our experience was not good. Not a welcoming feeling, the dining room was cold and you could see other diners wrapping themselves in their sweaters, the bus tubs for the dirty dishes are kept in the dining room so every few minutes you hear loud dishes dropping into other dishes in the tub, salmon was overcooked, drinks not refilled, had to get my own to go container for leftovers, we had to go ask for the bill and other diners walking around looking for someone to help them too…. fries were good and so was the battered cod.

lasagna from frozen, Kraft mac n cheese from a box, garlic bread using garlic salt instead of powder that inedible. it was the worst!

I just waited over an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. I called to see where the order was at and was told that the driver was at my house a half hour ago and tried calling my phone. I was sitting by my door watching out the window. Apparently the driver didn’t go to the correct house nor did anyone call as there was no missed calls on my phone. The girl taking orders would not offer a solution to provide food that I ordered. I order from Brickhouse often….i am done with this restaurant. Unbelievable!

Top notch food. We had the El Diablo Burger, Alfredo, and Quesadilla. The onion rings are the BEST! Service was amazing! Worth the drive! Will be back!

Great food, had lasagna. Waitress was very pleasant, great service . Check it out!!

Excellent Pizza! We had two different kinds of pizza and the cheesy sticks. Everything was delicious with crispy and yet chewy crust. Friendly service and very clean inside. Highly recommend!

Kid-friendliness: I had lunch with my 9-year-old. He had a great time, and the staff were great with him.

Might be one of the best calzones I’ve ever had. Very hard to find a calzone that doesn’t naturally get soggy and become a mess as expected. Calzone stayed crispy! $10 3 topping calzone could feed 2 people. Can’t wait to get another one soon. Kyle’s service was top notch.

Wow!!! I have never been to this restaurant before. Tonight we had a reservation for a big group forbmy daughters 21st bday. We were not disappointed, the staff were amazing. Our waitress was fantastic. They treated the birthday girl like royalty, the food was fantastic, prices were great. We will definitely be back and I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys for hosting our crew and a wonderful night.
