Chains are such a huge part of the marketplace that I find not a value. No soul. The best dining experiences are when there are independent owner operators whose staff are accountable to the success of the business. Brickhouse has the independent ownership caring and quality that I appreciate.

It's one of those local comfort places. We are a big fan of the plain boneless wings. They're just something special about them with a side of ranch. The pasta and pizzas are always good too!

Our experience was not good. Not a welcoming feeling, the dining room was cold and you could see other diners wrapping themselves in their sweaters, the bus tubs for the dirty dishes are kept in the dining room so every few minutes you hear loud dishes dropping into other dishes in the tub, salmon was overcooked, drinks not refilled, had to get my own to go container for leftovers, we had to go ask for the bill and other diners walking around looking for someone to help them too…. fries were good and so was the battered cod.

lasagna from frozen, Kraft mac n cheese from a box, garlic bread using garlic salt instead of powder that inedible. it was the worst!

I just waited over an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. I called to see where the order was at and was told that the driver was at my house a half hour ago and tried calling my phone. I was sitting by my door watching out the window. Apparently the driver didn’t go to the correct house nor did anyone call as there was no missed calls on my phone. The girl taking orders would not offer a solution to provide food that I ordered. I order from Brickhouse often….i am done with this restaurant. Unbelievable!

Top notch food. We had the El Diablo Burger, Alfredo, and Quesadilla. The onion rings are the BEST! Service was amazing! Worth the drive! Will be back!

Excellent Pizza! We had two different kinds of pizza and the cheesy sticks. Everything was delicious with crispy and yet chewy crust. Friendly service and very clean inside. Highly recommend!

Kid-friendliness: I had lunch with my 9-year-old. He had a great time, and the staff were great with him.
