I’m usually not the one to complain about food. But with the prices that these places are charging now in the economy that we’re in you gotta do better than this. Burger King. I pacifically asked for the chicken sandwich to be dropped fresh because I used to work in fast food and I know how they let the food sit out Well we got her two chicken sandwiches with cheese. They weren’t fresh as you can see by the picture. I know what fresh looks like cause it’s the only time I ask for it and I don’t regularly go to Burger King but we thought we’d treat ourselves. My wife ordered a large fry that was more like a small had more onion rings in it than fries. And it was dumped completely over in the bag ask for a mayonnaise packet no mayonnaise packet. And honestly, I could’ve went back in, but I just didn’t feel like dealing with it. But people should know don’t expect much from this Burger King. It wasn’t the first time this Burger King didn’t meet expectations, but it will be the last time. My wife ate a little bit of the fries out of there before I took the picture but there wasn’t much more that she took out of there than what’s in that picture. So next time, if you decide to go to Burger King to treat yourself, don’t go to this location.

This place is unacceptable! For the past 3 times that we have gone to Burger King in Fort Atkinson there was an employee that has made comments about my family and how much of an inconvenience it is for him to have us there and making rude comments. He was talking like that to everyone who came in while we were there. The manager is absolutely useless and did nothing while the employee made all these comments. When my husband spoke up the manager told my husband he is not allowed to speak to the employee like that because he is a minor but the employee can say whatever he wants. The employee also plays rap music very loudly while you try to order your food and then they keep getting our orders wrong. We have had to go back every time to get our orders fixed. This is unacceptable for a restaurant to treat customers that way. We are spending money on this place and they seem to not need any money if this is how they treat their customers. We will not be going back ever again because we are too scared for what they might do to our food. This child should have been fired on the spot but he is still there working away driving away customers.
I’ve always had a good experience. Friendly staff and good food. Sometimes you have to pull to the side but it’s usually because they’re making sure you get fresh fries or chicken. Strongly recommend!

It's marginally better than the Canadian counterpart, at least it was hot when I received my meal but sadly also fallen so far from when BK was up near the top, it's okay but expensive for the quality that u get sadly. To me the cheese tastes extremely processed and ruins the entire burger once it starts to cool. Very mid, but have had worse.
