Drive through staff killed it tonight! Fast and efficient, the was it should be. Food was also hot and very fresh

Waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru for my order to be wrong they “fixed it” then when we get home to eat there’s hardly any toppings on our sandwich’s. Waste of $30

Floors where sticky. I told the manager that it was and he didn't seem to care . Also all the employees looked like they may have been homeless. Food was ok beside when I asked for no lettuce and got all lettuce

They didn’t give us the correct drinks asked for 2 light drinks and one dark got the opposite and a different sandwich than what I had got

Food was just warm and not had for just being made!! Employees don't seem to care or have any concern about Customers!! Not a real fan of this location!
Food was very good, service was decent, good bang for your buck. 7/10 would recommend.
Parking: The parking shares with another business and the road is busy so it might be a little tricky sometimes!

Cheap place. Messed the order up they didn't care and gave it knowing it was wrong. My kid complained but I told him what they do to people's food if you complain. Especially a place like that. You'll get a gob of spit or booger in your food. Its not chick filet customer service. Oh well.

I understand how hectic and tiring working in fast food can be but that is never a reason to be rude with costumers. I brought my special needs client in with me for dinner and the staff was very rude. When she asked question about the menu, the staff seemed as if they had better things to do. They were obviously annoyed by her confusion and gave her very short and irritated responses. Even when they messed up my clients order, the women in the back made it seem as if it was my client who was the one who ordered wrong when they were the ones who misheard her.

Great attitudes very friendly and they will take care of loyal customers. I will come here the rest of my life. Paul is amazing and a few other workers deserve more than I'm sure they get at a fast food joint. Thanks for caring BK!!
