Burger was cold after waiting 25mins, cheese curds tasted like plastic, my “soda” was more water than anything else. On a Friday night you have to get it right. Disappointed. Other Culvers in the area don’t have this problem.

The Fort Atkinson #51 location is disgusting. The tables and floors were dirty. The condiment area was filthy. One of the condiment trays was filled with garbage. We ordered salads and they brought spoons instead of forks because they had run out of them. The interior doors were missing which let in all the outside cold air. The owner should be embarrassed. Maybe the owner doesn't care. I know that we will never eat there again. I recommend skipping the Fort store completely. Revolting!

I've eaten at this Culver's location since I was a kid. It used to be very well kept with great staff. Went back today after not eating there for quite a few years and now it's absolutely shameful. Every single table in the entire place was filthy. The floors were just as bad with food and trash laying all around. The interior entry doors were missing which made it pretty cold in there as well. Ordered salads which only came with a spoon. Asked the kid that brought them to the table if we could please get forks at which time he informed us that they were out of forks. Look I get it that sometimes shit happens, but forks? We ended up just asking them for a togo bag instead of dining in and left. With the condition the dining area was in makes me heavily question how sanitary the rest of it is. Management and staff at this location clearly do not care. If I was the owner I would be absolutely embarrassed and ashamed of the state it's in. Will never eat at this location again.

Ordered by DoorDash and drink was missing, fries were col. called back and was put on hold for manager and after waiting was told that she could not do anything, since the driver has the drink. Worst experience on my first try to get delivery from Culver’s and then the non help on getting the issue remedied.

Ordered on the phone app...Arrived early... The app said sit tight our order will be completed soon. They didn't bring it out after 15 minutes. I went in and told them about our order. They claimed they didn't get it. I then checked our Culver app and showed the order to them and gave my name. They claimed they didn't see the vehicle. We were parked in the order pickup area. I'm thinking by their demeanor they felt too busy and overworked. They set down our order and turned away as if we were bothering them. I'm sure the camera has it all. I told them on my way out, an apology would have been nice. Opening up the order we noticed it wasn't all that warm anymore either. Maybe a seminar on customer service could help them. I told them this process works in all the other Culvers we've been to. Sorry I have to be the bearer of bad tidings. We still love Culvers... lol

I asked for a gluten free bun for my burger due to an allergy. To my surprise, I open my burger (which normally comes in this box) to find the cheese stuck to the box, lettuce under the burger.. Culver’s, let’s ask ourselves one simple question. How would one be able to put this on their bun? With cheese melted to the box? Cmon on $17 for my meal and this is pathetic. Johnson Creek is superior to this location and would go out of my way to avoid this place. $15 at JC with great food, and $17 here for garbage. Didn’t get my mayo, no utensils to put my burger together. Asked for fries extra crispy and got barely cooked fries. Avoid this place at all cost.
