Food is always made wrong or completely different order. I ordered chicken tender basket and they gave me a plain cheeseburger instead. I told the employee it was wrong and they were like sorry and wouldn’t give me what I ordered even though the receipt even said it should be chicken tenders.

Ordered twice this week for convenience sake and had items missing from both. Tried to call for the missing items from the order from today and no one picked up over multiple tries. This location is just like any other culvers but with worse service due to consistently missing items on orders.

Well, I be damn, after reading the awful reviews, I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt. I ordered the shrimp ? basket combo and the shrimp were uncooked they were raw as a uncooked hot diggdy dog ? I will not return to this ? location! Good luck

For a fast food place it was quite Pleasant compared to McDonald's food is 10 so as fast food goes I would recommend this

If you look up the word “incompetence” in the dictionary you will see a picture of this Culvers location. It’s seemingly staffed with no one over the age of 16 at all times. Most of these kids are so socially awkward and/or oblivious, it’s literally uncomfortable being inside. The issues here, both with the food and the service, are so frequent it’s almost hard to believe that it’s not intentional. Plan on double checking your food when purchasing from this location, your chances are about 50/50 at best that it will be wrong.Within the last month (December) I’ve been to this location 3 times, and each time there has been some sort of issue. The first time, after placing my order in the drive through, I pulled around and then proceeded to sit at the window for 20+ minutes without acknowledgment. I was about to drive away when an employee finally came to the window to take my payment. After pulling up and waiting another 10 minutes for them to bring my food out, I looked in the bag and it was not even what I had ordered.The 2nd time I went inside to order, only to then listen for 5+ minutes to who I’m assuming was a manager argue with an employee about how much food he could use a discount on. Literally in front of everyone waiting for food, perfect example of that awkward atmosphere I mentioned above.Then tonight I went through the drive thru and ordered a chocolate malt. At the window they handed me a cup which was about 3/4 full and was barely blended. I could literally see malt powder sitting on top. I tasted it & it was gritty because the powder wasn’t blended in. I asked if they could blend it a bit more, they took it back in and gave it back 30 seconds later looking exactly the same. Can’t even make this stuff up lol.
