Service was pretty bad. I ordered the food 40 mins to close. And the app told us to come 10 mins to close to pick up our food. The customer service wasn’t pleasant. But then for our food it seems like all they had left were stale and bland chips and forgot some thing of ours. Will not be ordering here again

This was one of my go-to places to eat for a while, as it was quick, easy, and the food was always good. They also have a selection of different soups per day which I really enjoy, and the cookies are my favorite. However my last couple experiences were not so great. I’ve been met with cold food the past couple orders, (I always pickup at schedule pickup or I even come a few minutes earlier.) Tonight my order tasted like it sat out for an hour, and on a few other occasions my food has just been room temp upon pickup. I’ve never had a bad experience dining in, but for the nights I want to stay home, please do better!

Their food is addictive to a point. You'll have to take a break before getting sick of it. The rice bowls need to be mixed up or half of it is plain.
My issue the last couple times is delivery. Once when family was here they left it outside our apt building. Today I specifically instructed to not leave outside noting our apt was through the 2nd door, 1 st floor. They still didn't take to my door nor knock on my door. After an hour I thought we should look and sure **it, it was left in an inappropriate spot and was nice and cold. It's not rocket science, leave at an apt door and KNOCK.

Ordered for for delivery for the first time tonight. Ordering was easy online and delivered on time. My husband's burger was cooked perfect. My prime rib sandwich was so delicious. BEST mac n cheese I've had from a restaurant!
