Placed an order on the app, and it took 58 minutes from the time the order was placed to the time it arrived at my door. According to the app, it took the delivery driver 29 minutes to get to from the store to my house. "Freaky Fast" is no longer a thing with Jimmy Johns.

I usually use the app to order ahead of time. The last few visits the order has been ready, but not out on the pick-up shelf. So I have to stand in line which really defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Not to mention it wasn't made to order either.

Went and ordered the # 6, the same sandwich I have been ordering for months now. There was a new guy behind the counter who was loud, arrogant, and disrespectful. Running late for work and the card machine wouldn't work; reboot he says shoving everyone aside and knocking stuff on the floor. He then proceeds to yell at me what do you want I will make as we wait. He could tell I was uncomfortable with his demeanor and instead of defusing the situation he got in my face to make things worse. I walked out with no Sub and will never go there again, others will here my story as well. 4/30/24 1:30 PM

I order from Jimmy Johns both for myself and family as well as work catering for small meetings (boxed lunch lil John's gives everyone something they like at an affordable price) or larger groups (party boxes are perfect).The staff here is always helpful when I call to order ahead and pleasant when I arrive. The sandwiches taste good and are made quickly even with customized orders.

It costs nearly twice as much now to order food from here and for the increased cost, they give back to customers by giving less food when ordered and refusing to give napkins, etc with sandwiches. If you can't afford to run a business it's time to shut the doors. where is that 70% increased cost going to? if it was given to the employees then why are most orders messed up, and delivery can be up to an hour at times?
