I have ordered from this store for a long time without issues, however, last sandwich was a horrible experience. Half way eating my sandwich there was a long hair mixed with the ingredients. Disgusting!! Called to make them aware and they offered to remake the sandwich, not even at the very least reimburse it. Do you really think I'm going to eat another sandwich potentially made from the same person? One of the most disgusting experiences I have had in a while...

This establishment has gone down hill. We’ve been coming here for years but lately it’s been very undesirable to come here. We tried to order a toasted sub online. They call us saying that they can’t do it for us and that we have to toast it ourselves. So I have to pay 20 dollars for a sub that I have to make myself. If you can’t provide what you’re advertising, then don’t advertise it.

It finally happened. I got a sub do fast I freaked. I mean I placed my order and before the cashier gave me my change the cook handed me my sandwich. It was a toasted Sicilian too and it was delicious. Keep up the great work.

What is up with the amount of ingredients on the subs. If they cut back anymore we might have to eat a wrap with lettuce. Extremely disappointed in my wrap for dinner tonight! Time to go somewhere else .

Had to drive back because they forgot part of the order. Got back with the missing food and found out I should have checked everything else, one of the sandwiches was made with the wrong condiments.

I've never been to a Jimmy John's this slow. They have a whole room full of people waiting a and are taking 2-3 minutes per sandwich with 4 people behind the counter. Unreal.
Also completely out of napkins, toilet paper and diet coke. Terrible store management.
