What is up with the amount of ingredients on the subs. If they cut back anymore we might have to eat a wrap with lettuce. Extremely disappointed in my wrap for dinner tonight! Time to go somewhere else .

I've never been to a Jimmy John's this slow. They have a whole room full of people waiting a and are taking 2-3 minutes per sandwich with 4 people behind the counter. Unreal.

Also completely out of napkins, toilet paper and diet coke. Terrible store management.

Very poor customer service. I placed an ordered in the app and noticed there was no update regarding delivery after 30 minutes. So I called the store and politely asked if there was an update. I did not need to provide my name or order as my cell phone number was linked to the order, so she knew who I was and what I was calling about. I was told the delivery driver was on the way back to the store and my order would be delivered very soon. Another 35 minutes goes by so I called the store again. The same girl answers the phone and says “Jimmy John’s, please hold”. I was placed on hold for 7 minutes while receiving an update on the app that my food was now out for delivery. I was originally calling to cancel and ask for a full refund. A different girl answered the phone explaining they were busy and did apologize. I did not appreciate how this matter was handled. I still asked for a refund and the girl said it would take several days for the refund to go back to the card and that the driver would be there very soon. Long story short, this was not freaky fast and the customer service was not handled well at all.

The fastest delivery and best subs in town. My order was here today in 9 minutes. That's crazy. However, they raised the price of the BLT from $7.79 to $9.39. That's almost 2 dollars for a 7 inch. And the other subs I'm pretty sure there's less meat than 10 years ago. They can keep raising prices but I'll be ordering less and less. Because not so long ago delivery was free. What I got today for $25 cost me $15 ten years ago and my salary has not kept up with those prices, actually it's less. If you and every other business out there wonder why you aren't getting the sales you used to, stop raising prices!
