By far the slowest fast food place I have ever experienced. Ever few months I try it again and it is really bad. Figure about 20 minutes.

They messed up my order and then went I went to tell them one of the workers helped me and then another case up and was being totally rude and the ground was super sticky and the ground was disgusting.

Only 3 people in the restaurant and two cars in the drive through when I walked in. Over 15 minutes after having my order taken, I still have no food. When I filled my drink, multiple flavors of soda were out of order with no signage stating such. I notified staff and was told, “Oh yeah, we're out of that.†My last experience here was no better, but I thought it was a fluke. Nope. Appears that terrible service is the norm.

Fantastic!!!! I got chicken little Georgia gold and chicken little Nashville hot and popcorn chicken and a cookie and a side of mac & cheese and a medium drink for just $16.34!!!! Plus phenomenal service!!!!

I waited inline at the drive thru for 15mins ordered and paid for my food. Waited again to be told it would be 20 mins for what I ordered and paid for 20mins before. No I'm sorry! No discount offered and This is the third time we've had issues with this place. We will Never go back. Very disappointed and the staff was extremely unprofessional.

I will never go to KFC again. I went and checked their hour in KFC website. It says they close at 1 am. When I went there, they were closed. Take my advise and find another restaurant in Fort Atkinson.

I went through drive thru and ordered a Famous Bowl. I figured it came with a drink and cookie. I got the bag, no cookie, no drink. I thought, well..maybe they don't have it anymore. So, I just called and talked to a manager and was told that they should have asked whether it was the meal or just the bowl. No one asked me anything. So, I was charged more for just the bowl. I got screwed. No drink No cookie and getting charged more? WTF. Never going back to that Taco Bell/KFC again.
