I recently had a wonderful experience purchasing a meal for my granddaughter. The service I received was truly exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our order was perfect. It made the entire experience very pleasant. I was very satisfied with the quality of the food as well. It's always a joy when a place offers such great service and delicious options. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a delightful meal.

I used the drive-through to order my meal. I received the wrong breakfast sandwich, and it had a large piece of eggshell in it. Making the sandwich not edible! :(

So me and my girlfriend went there for a midnight food run and I asked for a military discount after being in for 2 years and this place always gives it, they are usually super nice. This new employee first told us he didn’t know how to do it after I confronted him. After that matter he then tells me “we are not even supposed to do one.” To then later get home and we got no ketchup or Mc Chicken in our order with no receipt.

My mc flurries are never mixed. Also don’t ever ask for light lettuce bros will put and I’m not joking THREE STRANDS OF LETTUCE on your burger. (I counted.) some of the workers are rlly nice tho.

The restaurant is unsanitary, the staff is rude, the service is slow. McDonald's should provide ethics training for McDonald's employees. I don't understand how McDonald's recruits employees based on criteria and procedures?

Place was nasty.Trash all over the lobby floor,you could see trash and frys on the floor in the kitchen area. When I got home with my food the frys were ice cold. If I could give this McDonald's a minus review I would.

Chicken sandwich looks like it was ran through before being served absolutely atrocious and vile also fruit flys swarm in the soda machine I had to bring my own doctor thunder to drink I tried to feed the sandwich to the flys and they died
Michelle and Jacob were both super nice and helpful getting me breakfast/bagel sauce on my breakfast sandwiches since the app doesnt offer it. They have enough to deal with on a busy monday without a customer asking for changes that dont show in the order. So it is very appreciated!

Place seems to be run by 5 teenagers who do not seem to care about service or cleanliness. The fountain machine inside is surrounded by fruit flies and the tables are usually left with ketchup smears. Drive thru will always make you pull off to the side and wait in the tight little waiting area on the side for something as simple as an order of fries or a drink even when there is nobody else in line. If there are more than 3 cars in line at the drive thru expect to wait about 15 minutes stuck there. Food is subpar, yet again it is McD’s and expectations should be kept to a minimum but this McD’s sets the bar so low. Lots of room for improvement at McD’s Fort Atkinson.
