Would’ve been better, but they put pineapple on our pizza. We asked for pepperoni bacon and ham not pineapple. The lemon pepper wings are mostly lemon with a hint of pepper you can smell the citrus from outside the container.

I ordered two of the cheesy bites pizzas and none of the bikes had any cheese in them it was all over the inside of the boxes this was ridiculous I won't order you again

They forgot apart of my order, then driver told me he can't bring the rest of my order because he didn't have enough time. Then I call the store time to get things cleaned up. 4 out of the 5 time the store just hung up on me. When I finally got ahold of the store the fifth time. I was told they were going to look up my order, so the left me on hold for 30 mins. then hung up on me. I'm pissed about how the customer service was. I worked as delivery driver myself, I know how you should treat your customers.

Place the order and waited for an hour and a half. Called up ask wants going on, said the driver tried calling me. They typed in my phone number wrong, then tried gaslighting me like I told them the wrong phone number.

With my pizza I ordered (which was the only thing that was good) I asked for 2 Cinnabon® Signature Cream Cheese Frosting, 1 Cheese Sauce, 1 Burger Sauce, and 1 Cinnabon® Mini Rolls. This is what I got instead. NO Cinnabon® Signature Cream Cheese Frosting, NO Burger Sauce, I got the cheese sauce but it had mold on top of the cheese sauce. There was no way whoever put that in my pizza box couldn’t see that mold it was plain as day, you’d have to be blind or just don’t care what you give to your customers, and the Cinnabon® Mini Rolls looked nothing like the ones in the picture they were the saddest looking Cinnabon Mini Rolls I have ever seen. They looked unbaked. I don’t think they were made correctly so I didn’t eat them nasty looking Rolls!! So now I’m out $11.65. $4.16 for the dips and $7.49 for the Cinnabon Mini Rolls because someone didn’t make them right. I don’t eat pizza very often and when I do I always went to Pizza Hut but now I don’t think I’ll be going back!! They’d have to reimburse me for the missing and moldy dips and the unbaked mini rolls they were nasty looking. Looked nothing like the picture on their website, not even close. It looked like they took them out of the freezer or fridge wherever they keep the mini rolls before they sell them and just placed them on top of the pizza box and sent it out the door for delivery. If it was my Pizza Hut employee or employees that forgot 3 dips and gave a moldy dip and unbaked mini rolls to a customer, I’d fire whoever they are. Clearly they don’t care about customer service.The Fort Pizza Hut is not what it once was. It’s gone way down hill. I’ll stick with Domino’s or Sal’s at least they care about their customers and the food they put out.
