I dined in there recently, and the food quality was terrible. The service was friendly and attentive, but the value for the meal I had was so bad I may never return. Very disappointing.

Service is absolutely horrible. Waited 25 minutes passed the expected time to find out it was going to be even longer. 3 other customers behind me cancelled at the same time. I only saw one worker there. Would not recommend

rude lady in drive way @6pm asked for my receipt didn’t get it so had to go in and gave me attitude the whole interaction in the drive way and restaurant.

The dine in experience has gone very downhill from a year ago. There was no drink options for children, only bottled soda and water. (Broken machine and still charging for bottled water with this being the case. Not our problem.)Server should have had help. Will not be dining in anymore.

Closing staff at Pizza Hut was phenomenal. On a Monday night, when almost every restaurant in the city was closed, we come in to a Pizza Hut where only one person was working the closing shift and she made our experience amazing. The food was delicious; she was beyond kind and patient with myself, my son, and his grandfather; and everything was prepped and ready to eat with barely a wait.

Pizza just did not even smell good. I tried eating a piece. Spit it out and will throw pizza in garbage.
Would’ve been better, but they put pineapple on our pizza. We asked for pepperoni bacon and ham not pineapple. The lemon pepper wings are mostly lemon with a hint of pepper you can smell the citrus from outside the container.

I ordered two of the cheesy bites pizzas and none of the bikes had any cheese in them it was all over the inside of the boxes this was ridiculous I won't order you again

If no stars was a thing this restaurant would be top tier. Manager was extremely rude, how do you work customer service with a crap attitude? If you hate your job just say that.

They forgot apart of my order, then driver told me he can't bring the rest of my order because he didn't have enough time. Then I call the store time to get things cleaned up. 4 out of the 5 time the store just hung up on me. When I finally got ahold of the store the fifth time. I was told they were going to look up my order, so the left me on hold for 30 mins. then hung up on me. I'm pissed about how the customer service was. I worked as delivery driver myself, I know how you should treat your customers.
