Maybe I wasn't in a great eating mood, but found my walleye dinner to be average. It's a bit crowded, small, and it was very busy and noisy. It had a Wisconsin Supper Club atmosphere, which was fine if you like that sort of thing. The ice cream alcoholic drinks were huge, but unfortunately I was not up for trying one.

We had made a reservation for 6:00pm, didn’t get seated until 6:45pm, a bit annoying but fine. We didn’t get to order food or drinks for a half an hour. After ordering at 7:15pm, we didn’t receive our food until 8:30pm. No one ever asked if we needed more drinks or apologize for the delay - nothing. Then when the food came is was so over cooked it was almost inedible. Asked for a to-go container and our bill right when the food came. Took over a half hour just to close out.Asked to speak with a manager but was told “I’ll relay your message.” We will NEVER go back here and will be sure to tell others to not waste their time or money.

We had reservations for 5:30. Showed up on time, waited an additional hour and still didn't get a table. We left with empty bellies! Unacceptable! Y'all have good food, but you need to expand your restaurant to accommodate for the amount of people that come to enjoy it. Please! Now we're going to find somewhere else to eat. Thanks for nothing.

It looks big on the outside but small on the inside but everything was so good my waitress was nice. I am a single mom, and my kids went to there dads. I went here by myself and my waitress she talked to me and made me feel comfortable and made me feel like a friend. It was really nice.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options there are a lot of who are allergic to milk then you realize

This is the second time I’ve made a reservation. Both times were 6 pm on a Saturday evening for 3 people. The reservations were both made over a week in advance.The first time we were never told how long we’d have to wait, the host was incredibly rude, ignored us/answered the phone while we were talking. We ended up waiting over an hour for a reservation.Second time was tonight, for my boyfriend’s birthday. When the host said we had to wait, I asked her how long. She responded with “we’re packed right now so I don’t know”. We decided to leave because of past experience, but as we were leaving we saw a large group over 8 people get sat immediately.The food here is delicious but the host service is horrendous. Extremely frustrating situations both times. I’d like to eat here but can’t I can’t justify it when the never honor reservations.
