Such a fun time!!! Heather was very knowledgeable about the process and different wines. She was also super personable and made for a great afternoon activity. Would definitely recommend stopping in and trying some wine, especially the white ice wine!

We stopped in today and had an amazing time. The lady who was doing the tastings was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable about the vineyard. We didn’t know we could also stay at the cottages until we saw it on the TV while tasting wine at the bar. We will definitely be back for a weekend getaway!!

We took a "Girl's Weekend" to Fountain City, WI and stayed at the BlackHawk Lodge, part of Seven Hawks. We also enjoyed the tasting room and Heather was an awesome hostess and very knowledgeable. Great time! Go check them out!

We love this place! We have done many wine tastings in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Temecula CA and this has our favorite wines. Wide range of varieties and Heather was great at explaining each one. We had a great time!

Going middle road here as I don't want to totally ruin their ratings based on what happened to us. Drove over an hour to get there. Only to find a sign on Their door saying food wasn't being served due to staff shortage. Please understand that we don't do wineries without having a nibble on something as we drink. Just can't do that. So on another day please give it a try. However though their wine may be wonderful just based on what I saw...was not impressed with their environment...we turned around and left. There were plenty of folks bellied up to the bar drinking wine. I didn't take a photo inside though now I wish I would have. My suggestion is to go and try it for yourself... if you need to eat when drinking like I do, call ahead and ask, I guess. This is, of course just my opinion. You may love the place...but we just moved on. So don't totally discount it based on my experience.

Another gathering table in the middle of the tasting would be nice to gather by. Overall a wonderful experience and now I want to check out the cottages they have too!

Highly recommend Seven Hawks Vineyard!! My husband and I stayed in the Falcon cottage. It was quiet, peaceful and had everything we needed. We got two free small bottles of wine, as well as a coupon for purchasing wine. We did some wine tasting, and their wine was phenomenal, we ended up purchasing 6 bottles and getting a 7th free. Heather was very friendly and made you feel at home. We will be back!!

The establishment advertised food and wine tasting however there was only the latter.The person working the floor stated that you can bring food in but the options around here is not great.From previous reviews it sounded like they once had a great wood fire pizza business.
