The Lily Pad/ Golden Frog Restaurant and Saloon

We have a group of friends t.hat we get together once a month for lunch. We live anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours from each so we try to pick places in the outlying area so no one has to drive the full 2 hours. The drive is really pretty any way you go so none of us really mind the drive. I called & made reservations & they had their back room all ready for us. The waitress was fantastic! We never had an empty glass & she was always right there for whatever we needed. The food was excellent.We all had wraps, burgers sandwiches, fries & cheese curds. The cheesecurds were so delicious & a very generous portion.
We were very pleased all the way around & will definitely be back again!

Staff had no desire to welcome us, seat us or service us. Restaurant didn't seem busy so we left and spend our money elsewhere.

I had great expectations. The location is wonderful but the pizza was the worst I have ever had. Bad crust, bad quality cheese, nasty sausage. I would go back to enjoy the atmosphere but never to eat that pizza. Sorry for the review. But you would have a Great place if someone new pizza.

Great vibe. Deceiving with advertisement. Burger was so dry I about choked on it, for some reason can't upload picture. Frog legs tasted soggy as well as the Buffalo chicken wrap, funny how it's supposed to be crispy. Went at a dead time as well.

Delicious food, awesome atmosphere, accessible dock and super friendly staff! Lower patio is great for parents especially who want to relax and let their kids play while still in eyesight, and dog friendly! Definitely our new favorite place and we'll be back as often as we can!

Great location, friendly service, beautiful views, fun cocktails, yummy pizza! Definitely check it out if you’re in the area!
