Pink haired lady taking the order late at night had the worst attitude and our order was completely wrong and messed up. Maybe had she stopped interrupting and actually listened to what we were ordering there wouldn’t have been so many mistakes. And isn’t it standard to put the restaurants sauce in every bag. It’s Arby’s, you’d think you’d put Arby’s sauce in the bag. And to top it off the fries were cold. Fast food industry isn’t for the weak. But you want higher pay? Shouldn’t pay reflect your work? Is that a reflection on poor management?

Worked a 15 hour day to stop and bring my pregnant wife food home and because the employee is mad they have to be there my food is terrible and the sauces that were requested twice weren’t given. Not my fault that’s your place of employment. Like any service industry their pay should reflect how bad their work is. Lady had pink hair if it helps identify the employee. Won’t be back. Stay away.

I came to the Arby's in Franklin to try the new steak nuggets. They brought it out pretty fast with a plastic layer on top. I ordered the mac and cheese bowl with steak in it, and once I tried it, this mac and cheese was cold. The steak nuggets really just tasted like beef jerky, and I really do not recommend trying the new Arby's Steak Nuggets.

Fast food is often polarizing. When you get a good location, you stick to it. This location is one I'll definitely be sticking with. If you Google Arby's, look at the ratings for each location... you'll see that this location is one of the highest. Josiah was simply amazing! He was patient, informative, and kind. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food was fresh and well made. I initially ordered the brisket sandwich but it was a bit more fatty than I preferred. Thus, I asked if I could replace it with the gyro... they kindly took care if it. Another young lady also came up to assist, not knowing that Josiah had already taken cate of me. I'll definitely be going back to this location!

We hit a curb in snowy weather right in front of Arby's and they came out and helped push the car to a safe location, they went above and beyond with service!!!!
Food still tastes alright but the portions shrank and the prices leave a bad taste in my wallet. I wouldn't go there without a digital bonus or a coupon.

Staff was courteous, but errors in my order and food were made poorly. Asked for Arby sauce, the reason I went there, but received BBQ sauce, I ordered potato cakes. They were out. They asked permission to replace with fries. I ordered 4 - they replaced it with 1 fry. I ordered double beef and cheddar sandwiches. Ready for a big messy delight. The size was fine, but there was no mess. Barely a smear of cheddar. Plus, the lack of Arby sauce. Wish I had the time to return my order. VERY disappointed!
