BIGGBY COFFEE

I stopped in there this morning and the service was great. The girl taking my order in the drive thru was so friendly and upbeat, it set the tone for my day and the coffee is pretty dang good too.

Edited 3 years later - I will not go back here anymore. I'm so sick of them asking me in the drive- thru if I want to leave a tip, every single time. When did people start asking a customer for this? Just terrible, I will not be going back to Biggbys in Franklin again.

This location does a great job making any order. The only issue I have is this location does not include a lot of core year-round menu items on the online ordering system. I like to be able to order online and something as simple as a caramel cold brew is not available to order online. It seems the only cold brew options you can order online are the seasonal options.

Gave it a 2nd try with a 2-year gap. Still equally disappointing quality coffee. Freeze was ok, but not worth the money. Cold brew tasted like weak watered down coffee.
Sat in the shop for about an hour, it was not busy by any means and none of the tables were cleaned or atempted to be cleaned. One employee when I left was just squatting on their phone under the drive through window. The atmosphere is super unwelcoming, Saddly the location and decorations held promise but no follow through even after revisiting 2 years later.

I had Biggby for the first time two weeks ago and I go out of my way to get it now at least once a week. The guy that is usually in the drive thru is really nice!

Make sure to try the game and cheese bragel! Better than any food item at other coffee shop competitors. Large drink selection. Make sure to download the app and get your rewards started along with a large menu of available drink options to order!

Great product a little expensive

Great drinks. Was my first time. I might like it better than My spot Starbucks. Only if it was one closer

The atmosphere so clean and the people are nice and it feels welcoming. They were we open for long hours today for Christmas Eve. Thank you guys so much coffee and muffin is amazing 🤩

I walked in not really sure what I was getting into but was impressed right away by the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. The drinks and food were prepared very quickly and with a smile and great service. I’m a little slow sometimes to understand a menu but a worker there by the name of Danny helped me each step of the way and made sure I got what I wanted made me feel comfortable. I wish more workers in the world had his approach and even-keeled nature. I will for sure be coming back and hope that Danny is there again. Great job all around by the staff for handling such a busy time period. Let’s get these guys a raise!

I was recently in Michigan and stopped at a Biggby Coffee on my drive home. I loved the place. The other day, I saw that there is one here in Franklin. I stopped. I had their Chai Latte. Delicious. I purchased their pumpkin and the cinnamon muffins and took them home. Very good. Do yourself a favor and take a drive to Biggby Coffee. Tell them Julie says hi.

Stopped in for an after dinner coffee while driving around and exploring. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The coffee drink I had was delicious. The men's room was very clean and properly stocked.

$8 dollars for a large iced coffee and they want a tip with that. What a joke this place is.
