Sausage, mushroom and onion pizza was delicious! Order was done fast too. Glad to see a Papa John's in Franklin!
Placed order. Delivery time 35 min about. An hour and 15 min later no pizza. I get a text saying they are sending someone via Doordash. I call up there and ask the lady who answers the phone if they already picked it up because at this point I will just go pick it up myself. She tells me yes he just left. I wait 10 min (because I live 6 min away from the restaurant) and check the status on Doordash. Had not left the restaurant. In fact, driver is still driving to the restaurant....read full review
I have had too many problems with this papa John's. Food poisoning being the worst!
