Coming Soon - Papa Johns Pizza

Last December I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for delivery at 6:00 because I had some special guests. I didn’t know that they had a service deliver. When it didn’t arrive by 6, I called at 6:12 and was told it was ready for pick up.i called back a couple of minutes later and was assured it was on the way (I live 5 minutes away). I called again at 6:26, was put on hold for 10 minutes - again I was assured it was on the way. When it hadn’t arrived by 7, I called to order from reliable Crossroads Pizza. We picked up. DoorDash delivered at 7:12 and said she was there at 6:31 and it wasn’t ready.
Of course I called and spoke to the manager,, Amy. She assured me that there would be a coupon for a repeat order under my phone number. It “would be there forever”.
When I called a few months later to use the coupon, Amy was no longer there, and I was told there wasn’t any coupon associated with my phone number. NEVER AGAIN!

Selected cash on the app to pay with came in with cash... they don't take cash?!? Wow.. just left the food there with no other choice and ordered somewhere else. Weird vibes in there too... total incompetence

42 minutes delivery time turned into a 2 hour wait with no pizza. I cancelled the order. Total incompetence.

My first experience here was very good! The staff were very friendly especially Amy. We walked in and placed our order and it was ready about 15 mins later. The store was very clean, pizza and bread sticks were amazing. So happy to have a good fast food pizza place so close to home. We will definitely be back here.

I was missing an item from my order and I called the store to let them know. The woman said that it had been accidently left behind by "a new guy." They said that I would have to come pick it up from them. I said that I couldn't do that as I am ill and also I paid for delivery (fee and tip) thru their website. She said sure they'll run it out. 30 minutes later I called to see where the item was and was told by a young man that it had just then been picked up (30 minutes after my call and nearly an hour after the order was placed.) I was upset because it wasn't going to be the quality that I usually expect from them (never had a problem before.) Cold wings sitting out is not something I am comfortable with (germaphobe.) The young man said they're busy and then hung up on me! I called corporate because they didn't answer the phone when I called again to cancel the order. Corporate told me I had to call the store directly to cancel the order for a refund. I only wanted a refund for the item that was missing. Called the store back and a different young man answered. I asked to speak to the manager and he put me on hold...then answered and said that they manager was busy. I said that I understood that but I wanted to speak to them anyway. Then the young man said that they manager wasn't there and HUNG UP AGAIN! I will NEVER use this location again. The staff are inept and it doesn't reflect well on the management. I am waiting on corporate to reach out so I can my money back.

Out of the big pizza chains Papa John’s is my personal favorite. When I found out this part of Franklin was getting a location, I was super excited. The pizza has been on point to my expectations but unfortunately I’m starting to dread coming here due to the register staff. From begging for tips while doing carry out or getting attitudes from ordering in person and using coupons. As a consumer, I shouldn’t feel obligated to giving a tip for ringing up an order. I’m a generous tipper but It’s not getting delivered or I’m not dining in to warrant a tip. I really hope they turn it around and find the right team members to provide great customer service. I’d hate to see them leave this location so fingers crossed.

Extremely rude manager works here (or whoever contacted my wife, maybe from corporate) We rarely make complaints at any restaurant, I can count on less than one hand. The manager was very aggressive and didn't care about anything we had to say. Food especially sucks even by Papa Johns standards. Very cold at time of pickup, which we prescheduled.

Don’t bother ordering or paying for extra toppings. You order double and the topping show up as if you ordered single. I’d hate to see the three pepperonis you get if you ordered a single topping pizza.

Tried ordering 2 times, both times the workers said I need to order through DoorDash and can’t place order on the phone. Their website also doesn’t work. There’s also a minor working there who doesn’t identity himself because he says that’s the law. Old lady working is ill-mannered.

Ordered pizza from pap John’s using door dash, pizza arrived and tasted great. Missing a topping, call the store to inform them and they told me I need to take it up with door dash. Hmmm now I rebutted this was made in your store how is it door dashes fault? She insisted it was door dashes fault that they made our pizza wrong. Do not recommend
