We were very disappointed. The Garlic Knots where burnt, and the pizza usually has cheese, but the 3 that we got had barely any cheese or sauce just crust.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. 2 pizzas and 2 large cheese stixs were burnt from the regular priced menu were burnt. They were so hard, it was difficult to bite off a piece or even chew it. We also ordered an 8 piece wings and brownie which were fine. I indicated on the survey that is sent via email of the terrible food we received and requested to be contacted. Aimee College, Executive Assistant, responded by offering $20 off my next FULL MENU priced item. I told her I was not satisfied and she responded with the same offer. I told her this did not rectify the inedible items we received and why should I pay $ in the future for subpar food. I did tell her we have had good food in the past but the last 4 months have been dismal. She did not respond back. My suggestion is to not waste your $ here.

Our online order was supposed to ready at 6:10. Still waiting for it at 6:42 because they have only one worker. The food wasn't worth the wait, our breadsticks were burnt.

I tried to order over the phone for my son‘s birthday. 10+ pizzas. But nobody answered for 15 minutes and I just had to listen to this annoying guy. Talk on the phone. I’m ordering from Domino’s.

I usually go here like at least once a week, but within the past three times of me ordering there is a new girl that works there and she literally BURNS everything! Her dismissive demeanor and attitude makes me question managements appreciation of loyalty. As much as I love Papa Johns, you may have lost a good customer. This is my first time complaining, though I should have last order seeing it was almost $60 of burnt food. Completely embarrassing to serve to my family. This employee doesn’t use gloves (clearly the review with photo below caught that) and burns everything—if you don’t like your job do us all a favor and let someone Time to eat who does, work! Ugh. 🤮

This store, is the most DISGUSTING, TRASHIEST one ive ever been in. Workers not in uniform, NEVER WASHING HANDS, long nails touching your food, hair fallin in ur food. I watched them for 10 mins. I left i was so disgusted!

Last December I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for delivery at 6:00 because I had some special guests. I didn’t know that they had a service deliver. When it didn’t arrive by 6, I called at 6:12 and was told it was ready for pick up.i called back a couple of minutes later and was assured it was on the way (I live 5 minutes away). I called again at 6:26, was put on hold for 10 minutes - again I was assured it was on the way. When it hadn’t arrived by 7, I called to order from reliable Crossroads Pizza. We picked up. DoorDash delivered at 7:12 and said she was there at 6:31 and it wasn’t ready.
Of course I called and spoke to the manager,, Amy. She assured me that there would be a coupon for a repeat order under my phone number. It “would be there forever”.
When I called a few months later to use the coupon, Amy was no longer there, and I was told there wasn’t any coupon associated with my phone number. NEVER AGAIN!

Selected cash on the app to pay with came in with cash... they don't take cash?!? Wow.. just left the food there with no other choice and ordered somewhere else. Weird vibes in there too... total incompetence
