Friendly staff clean lanes good food

First of all, I've loved this Bowling alley since I moved to Franklin, there's just something about the staff, I have yet to deal with an unpleasant employee. With that said, my daughter had a birthday party here this past weekend and it was SO BUSY and there appeared to only be one employee working. Despite this, the employee had the best attitude given how crazy it was there and still moved rather efficiently. I don't know what his name was, but thank you for everything, my family and I all loved you and really appreciated how positive you were while managing 3 different birthday parties. Besides that, the pricing for a party there is really competitive for everything you get, the place is clean and my mom wouldn't stop talking about how nice the bowling shoes were and she doesn't even like bowling.

Wonderful place all around. First, let's talk about the bowling Lanes, balls, shoes. The Lanes are well kept and in good working condition. Balls are very nice and not pitted as some other bowling places are. Your ball will make it down the lane. Shoes are very nice, clean, firm, new or like new laces. Secondly, great selection of food from pizzas, burgers, fries and a few other items. We ordered 7 pizzas for our party and everyone thought it was very well made. From flavor of the sauce, topping amount, the cut, the crisp bottom, crust. Beautifully made!
Lastly, the pricing for everything, granted with the prices of everything going up. It was very reasonable and our entire party enjoyed themselves! I would definitely pay this price given the great condition they kept their equipment and establishment.
Overall, the bartender/staff member, Jim & Brad, are both very kind, personable and great members of the team.
Let's not forget the young man in the kitchen, Josh. (I hope I captured his name correctly). He is the backbone of great food, in which that's what a lot of people look for when going out to have fun. He's extremely kind, mindful of food placement, temperature of his entrees and the food came out of the kitchen in an ideal time. As he talks, he smiles and looks at your eyes to show he's tentatively listening to respond or ask a question. Very respectful. The pizzas he put together were fabulous. Loved the way it was cut into smaller squares
and the absolute crisp bottom. Superb all around!
We will definitely be back in the future for our family nights!

We recently visited Country Lanes when it was way too hot to even be outside. Had a great time on the weekend for a single game of bowling! Lanes are operating nice, the attendant working was very kind and polite, and overall the facility is well kept and as clean as a bowling alley can be! We’ll certainly be back in the future for the price that it was!

Our second time bowling here. We absolutely love it. They have great food and homemade pizza. Great atmosphere and music. The bartender who also runs it is outstanding. He kept the place open for us when no one else was there. He works very hard to take care of everyone and keeps the place immaculate. We will definitely return.
