Both times trying this place have been bad. 1st time my boyfriend placed an order for two family packs that were to include garlic bread and soda. I had never been here before and didn't know what the order was before picking it up. I arrived and was the only person here. The young lady at the counter was not helpful and acted like I was interrupting her with my presence. She gave me the pizzas and walked away without thanking me or saying anything so, I went home. When I got home I was asked where the rest of the order was but, that was all I was given. I was not driving all the way back as I had just driven from Kenosha. Essentially spent $50 on two gross pizzas. We normally go to the one in Big Bend and have always enjoyed it so we gave this one another try. The second time was stopping to order some sandwiches to go. We waited there for 30 minutes and our order still hadn't even been started. Another 15 minutes went by while we watched other people walk in, order and leave with food. Awful!

Very expensive for just ok pizza, service was very slow, told 40 minutes til ready and after 40 minutes we arrived and order was just being started

The frozen take out pizza is really good. I was pleasantly surprised that it would be good being frozen.

Classic Milwaukee style pizza. There’s a handful of pizza places that still make this style of pizza and it’s a shame. Great cheese, real sausage, good sauce. My only wish is that they had a sweet sauce too.

The all meat medium pizza was delicious as always! ALL the staff members were professional and friendly! The staff kept me informed about my order while I waited, which wasn't long at all. Superior staff and pizza! I will definitely return! Highly recommended! 👍

The reason i give 3 stars is because they DO NOT serve jalapeño poppers.
Which is really disappointing. :(

They have really really good jalapeños for a topping option tho. I mean they are SPICEY! All fresh stuff here. Very nice service too. 👌

Great Pie. Visiting from Chicago for the weekend and since we are spoiled to great pizza, we took a chance with Crossroads and we were NOT disappointed. Their pie can stand up to any pie I've had in Chicago ?
