Ordered online using Curdside. My order was not accurate and it arrived eight minutes after the promised time.

Culver's on Ryan road is my go-to spot for a delicious, high-quality burger and frozen custard! The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Whether I'm grabbing a quick lunch or meeting friends for dinner, Culver's never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Within the context of fast food, the Service was great, the fries were hot and crispy but needed seasoning, the roast beef sandwich isn’t recommended, the butter burger was good. When you order a burger, you have to tell them what you want to add for toppings, or else you’ll get a plain one.

Just ordered a spicy chicken sandwich in the drive threw. Got back to my office and began to eat. I noticed the lettuce on the sandwich was brown and slimy... Speaking to the employees and the Manager, WOULD YOU EAT THAT? OLD BROWN SLIMY NASTY OLD LETTUCE PROBABLY FROM YESTERDAY? THEN WHY SERVE IT TO THE PUBLIC??!?!?!?! The bun was stale in some spots as well. What was it today, use up old expired food day to save a dollar and hope the customers don't notice?

This location closes at 10:00PM, I came at 9:50PM attempting to order food, a person working the drive-thru intercom refused to take my order stating the kitchen was closed he further stated they were extremely short staff which I don’t believe the workers name was Nick and he stated he was the manager… very disappointing.

Those ppl running out the orders to your car from the drive through are running fast and hard! And really nice, too. I get sometimes you can get your order done right away and have to pull to the parking lot but the location I was at (and go to often enough) they did this for every single car getting more than a drink or ice cream. You gotta get this together soon, winter is coming and you can't have them running out in that weather and ground conditions!!

HORRIBLE. The manager is extremely rude and inconsiderate. I came to this Culvers at 3:30pm, when it WAS NOT BUSY and ordered 4 pints of the flavor of the day. I was handed four pints of pre packaged custard from the freezer that were clearly in the freezer for a long time. I noticed when I was two minutes down the road so I turned around and asked for FRESH custard.. like everyone does when they come to Culvers. VANESA the GENERAL MANAGER was extremely rude, had an attitude immediately, and told me that because I did not ask for it fresh when I ordered she would not give me fresh custard. It’s honestly laughable because people go to Culvers for fresh custard.. especially the flavor of the day.. she smacked her lips and would not give me new pints even though I didn’t touch these ones. I’ve been a manager at Culvers for many years and have always accommodated a customer as much as possible. If you give someone the wrong meal you don’t make them pay for it again?? I asked for another manager but she told me the ONLY person above her would be the owner and offered me 10% off 4 new pints so I could go home with 8 and pay for all 8. Makes no sense, I don’t want 8 pints, I just wanted fresh custard like everyone else. Such a rude girl with zero communication skills or compassion.

Espresso Toffee Bar: Culver’s originated in Sauk City, WI back in 1984. When I was a doughy kid in the 90's it had expanded slightly and I have fond memories of visiting the location in nearby Wisconsin Dells while on vacation. Today, Culver’s can be found in 26 states serving up their famous Butterburgers and custard. For those unfamiliar with custard, it's similar to ice cream, except it includes eggs. The eggs give custard a smooth and extra creamy texture. Espresso Toffee Bar is currently one of Culver's rotating Flavor of the Day options. This custard has a rich espresso flavor swirled with old fashioned salted caramel, crunchy bits of Heath Bar, and gooey butter cake pieces. Beginning with the espresso base, it was perfect. Texturally it was smooth and creamy with the flavor not being too intense or bitter. My dish's mix-ins were not distributed very evenly, but when I got the rare bite containing all three (caramel, Heath Bar, and cake) it was superb. If you've never had a Heath Bar, they're crunchy toffee flavored candy bars. In this case, they go well with the espresso custard. I thought the cake pieces had a predominately vanilla flavor, with a hint of butter mostly masked by the espresso custard. Really my only complaint is it could have used more caramel, which was delicious but scant. Overall, this flavor is a must try for coffee/espresso lovers, but your typical frozen treat enthusiast will probably enjoy it too. Doughboy approved
