We ordered two large blizzard treats, I paid cash and the clerk (young lady) handed me back the wrong change. She rounded up in her favor. I have noted this several other times. I'm done with this location. They have a tip jar on the counter, I had planned on tossing the coins into the box, but not after I was short charged. I thought about complaining, but then thought better not to complain because she was making my blizzard in the back , and I didn't want any retaliation in my food. Next stop is Culver's or Kopps. Too bad; I had high hopes when DQ opened so close to Home.

We have had it with this location. Tried it 3 times. The people that work there are RUDE!! If you hate customer service why did you open a Dairy Queen???. They are very skimpy on the amount of ingredients they put in their blizzards etc. and god help you if when you walk in with a coupon. They come in the mail people get over it. We will not be back I would rather spend the money at another location that gives you what you are paying for and at least treats you nice for being there. All of my neighbors have already stopped going. I hope they read their on reviews or they will be out of business.

I was told Snickers blizzard has powder in it and no chunks of Snickers. Not good.

Superman Blizzard was DEE-LISH!! VERY clean property. The guy wrkn even turned my blizzard upside down wit a smile. Actually made my day. Will MOS DEF return!

When summer heat hits, I love a cold, thick Snickers Blizzard. My wife chose an M&M Blizzard. They were just OK. Not as full of Smickers or M&Ms as usual. Blizzards were done without a long wait. Over $14 for our two large Blizzards, so DQ prices are higher than my last visit 8 months ago. That was all we ordered, but they do have burgers, chicken and other items. This location opened within the past year, so it's bright and modern. Might have to give them another try in the future.

First time trying their burgers and they are pretty good very good and clean location

Apparently when you order a Heath Blizzard the person that prepared it decided I would rather have a Cookie Dough Blizzard instead.

Food was cold. Our order was inaccurate, and the woman at the window was rude and unhappy to have to work. I'd like my money back for this terrible experience. Will not return.

The Franklin DQ Grill and Chill is the best location I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly and the food is always excellent. The store is also very clean and the service is amazing. I would highly recommend this location!
