The music is good and the deco is aesthetic. The employees are competent and professional. The food came out quicker than any place I’ve been at and it was high quality.

I went to try the new Dairy Queen in Franklin and I was very pleased. The customer service was great and the food was even better. Can’t go wrong with chicken strips and ice cream. 10/10 would come again.

My boyfriend and i stopped here this evening and it was the BIGGEST mistake we’ve made. Im literally hurling my food up and have water coming out the other end. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry before, i know what food thats sat around for a while tastes like. Thats exactly what we got. For a new location, theres absolutely no reason why ANYONE should be getting sick over your food.

Immediately after eating our meals, (a two cheese deluxe, and a backyard bacon ranch burger). We both got sick, my girlfriend is throwing up as im writing this. You'd think for a brand new restuarant that the food standards would be higher. The service was fast and friendly, but the food tasted old and stale. I'm not sure if our order was made fresh with how fast it was. I'm not one to nitpick restaurants, but the fact that my girlfriend immediately became violently ill pisses me off. The Dairy Queen in Waterford is much more consistent and tastes better, don't waste your time here.

What separates this DQ from the likes of Culver’s or McDonalds, is that the people that work here are HAPPY to do so. You’ll never see someone unhappy at this DQ.
