I ordered 6 pizzas to feed some hungry boys! They gave me one wrong pizza so I called up and they delivered a replacement with no questions asked… great job

You can’t have a tracker that says 5-10 minutes and then more than 20 minutes later the tracker is broken and the pizza still isn’t ready.

Didn’t receive what ordered, missing banana peppers and mushrooms, but paid for that….
1 star until this dumb door alarm is gone, never had this across the street and now can't even just walk in. This is asinine and uncalled for.

I went there for a pickup order and upon arriving I was met with a locked, confused because it was still early in the evening I checked the opening times they were still open. I then waited a few minutes until an employee noticed me and hit a button to unlock the door. Then he told me he'd be with me in a second and his associate helped me. I didn't receive my garlic sauce I was charged an extra dollar for, I also paid for extra pepperoni and there was very few pieces of pepperoni. The pizza was still really great which is the only making this not a one star visit. I really do hope if i ever do decide to order again it isn't this strange and I get ripped off.

Love this place they always do a great job! Their delivery drivers are very very nice!
My daughter loves Domino's pizza but the last 2 times I have placed a order here at the Franklin Domino's I have been getting this woman and she is very rude on the phone and in person. She wears a weave or wig and when she answers the the phone is disgusting and rude. Today I forgot to order the 2 sodas and when I asked to order the sodas she rolled her eyes and grubbled under her breathe. Valentines Day I had her as well. I order 4 Pepperoni and 4 Cheese and 4 Sausage and I didn't even get any pepperoni she didn't even add it to my recipe after I repeated my order after she asked me too....I had to call back Domino's and reorder my Pepperoni Pizza all because she messed up. Someone needs to talk to her the way she treats her customers. The young man working their was completely amazing so very helpful.

New York Style Cheese Pizza: Domino’s has its beginnings in 1960 when Michigan brothers Tom and James Monaghan purchased a small pizza restaurant chain called DomiNick’s. In 1965, an employee named Jim Kennedy suggested the name change to Domino’s. Following the new name was the creation of the company logo, which features a domino with three dots (representing the first three stores in 1965). My favorite styles of pizza generally involve a thick and chewy crust, but I'd heard good things about Domino's New York Style Pizza. If you're not a pizza aficionado, New York Style Pizza is defined by its ability to be folded in half to eat, making it convenient for those eating it on the go. The foldability is due to the thin crust, which is crispy on the edges, but soft and pliable in the center. Traditionally it's made with tomato sauce and low-moisture mozzarella cheese, but I swapped out the tomato for a robust and flavorful Alfredo sauce. According to Domino's, their dough is never frozen and thinly stretched by hand before being topped with sauce and a melty cheese blend of mozzarella and provolone. The pizza comes cut into six large slices, that are easily foldable and floppy. Although the thin crust is not my favorite (remember I like mine thick and chewy), it does have a nice buttery flavor. Lastly, on looks alone, I feared the layer of cheese would not be enough, but it was plenty cheesy when I chowed down on it. If NY Style Pizza is good enough for the heroes in a half shell (TMNT), then it's good enough for me. Doughboy approved

Pizza is often not extra cheese if you pay for extra cheese, pizza often really bad and don't bother with curbside- you'll sit 5 min while the employees all ignore you till you just get fed up and walk in
