Food was excellent. In ALL the years of eating at George Webb the service was terrible. It will be a long time before i return. Food service has always been slow, but rude worker.. and because he waited on 3 people that came in after us took their orders . Ummm and I got up and all he could say I was nasty ... No apology. Sad

After years of going to this location, I would not recommend this restaurant. For my December 2023 visit I ordered takeout at the register. Was poorly treated by the waitress. Not friendly all, made me wait to take the order and ultimately asked the cook to take it after almost 10 min wait. When asking if I could pay the bill while the food was being prepared, she refused saying, "he has the order". I've had this severe before and never had good service from her.The quality of the food has has really gone down from previous years. This included chilli ,supergeorge and fries. Bill was more than $16. Can get better quality from Culver's at this price

George Webb’s is one of the truest last forms of what I like to call a “Burger Joint”. We started coming to the Franklin location when we moved here about 12 years ago. My son, who’s autistic, quickly took to Beth and she’s well know in this house and his fave waitress. The staff is always a pleasure to converse with and they treat their guests as if they’re family. Loved G. Webbs since my dad took us to the one in Racine when I was a kid. Don’t change a thing!!!!

The cook with the shaggy blonde hair needs to be fired because I will stop coming here along with a lot of other people due to how terrible of a cook he is. Undercooked eggs and hash browns then over cooked burger patty. Forgot the cheese on my moms hash browns she asked for and didn't cook her omelette all the way. We've come here multiple times recently and each time he's the cook it's just absolutely disgusting!!! I refuse to eat here when I see him cooking. It has been over 3 times this has happened and I've noticed it was him so I'm begging for a change. This has been one of my favorite places my whole life so I'm extremely disappointed.

Came in to eat. 3 emoyees looked directly at me. No one even greeted me. Took about 30 minutes to be acknowledged and order placed. The cooks were talking and joking while 3 orders sat in waiting.

I have always enjoyed eating at a George Webb restaurant. Many a time was spent there after a bowling evening with other bowling friends. I do have to confess, though, that there was a time when I ordered burgers to go. I was taking them home to share with my husband, but alas, I ate them all before I got home. Hungry, yes. Good burgers, yes. All gone, yes. Yummm!!
