Waha buffet is good. Hibachi is very good and the chef is nice and efficient. The pho is not that good compared to Meiji, the broth is tasteless. The buffet selection is fair. The fried chicken wings is very good. If you go there for Hibachi and fried chicken wings, you are winning. The sushi is fair as well. The service is good.

Arrived at 1pm on a Sunday. This was my first visit to waha buffet. However I feel attending when it is less busy would be optimal.

There were 50 people waiting to be seated when we arrived. The front of the house seemed to have a very good grasp of giving an estimated wait time and handling the crowd. Our server was very attentive and I want to give the service a much better rating, but I will explain. My complaint is that the business just is not set up to handle that many people. I was there with my wife and daughter and I went up to the hibachi grill to start my meal. By the time I got my food it was 50 minutes later and they were ready to leave. I of course wanted to try the sushi and some of the other offerings. There just is not enough flat top real estate for the hibachi grill Master to do his job when it is this busy.

My food rating starts with the hibachi noodle dish. It was okay in comparison to something like HuHot but that is there specialty so I wasn't expecting that kind of quality. Mostly I just wish there was a few more options, although I really enjoyed they offered eggs as that helped build a cohesive dish. The sushi offerings are vast and adequate for an all-you-can-eat buffet. Considering it was all available with no wait, this was my favorite section. The six different hot bar and salad bar stations offered a variety of cuisine notably including lots of interesting seafood options. The founder and salmon were highlights for me along with the pepper shrimp. As far as Staples like egg rolls etc, they left much to be desired even for a buffet.

I will have to attend again during the week so that I can see if the atmosphere improves in terms of time spent waiting in lines. If you are looking for a combination hibachi, grill, sushi and Chinese all you can eat buffet this is the only one that I know exists and I'm happy that it does.

Food was bland and hibachi bar wasnt what i expected it too be. Only a small selection of veggies and no seasonings gor it. Didnt taste like true Chinese food.

The place was clean and busy. We went on a Monday morning and it was apparent that we were served left over chicken on the buffet line. It was as tough as leather to chew. For the premium price you would expect to have fresh food not yesterday's leftovers. They do still have plenty of food options, however, it seems like they make less chicken platters. Personally, I would skip this spot and go to your budget friendly neighborhood Chinese buffet.

First time visiting Waha Buffet since the change in ownership (formerly Lovers Lane Sushi & seafood buffet).
The food was decent for a lunch buffet — the pho broth, in particular, was delicious!

However, the service left a bad impression. The waitress made us feel rushed, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all (it was around 2:30 PM, and we were seated in the room behind the sushi area).
As soon as she saw we were eating fruit, she brought over the bill. About 15 minutes later, even though we hadn’t indicated we were ready to pay, she returned and asked if we were going to pay soon. It felt pushy and rude.

Unfortunately, that experience has made me not want to return.

This is the first time I've been to a buffet where there was a wait. Went with a friend who recommended, and boy did this place not dissapoint. By far one of the best buffets I've been too. There was so much sushi and it was all good. You could fresh Ramen and hibachi. Everything I tried was fresh and delicious. Will most definitely return to this establishment.

10/10 we got here pretty late and they still served us and the hibachi was amazing, food was great and everything was clean you can see how much effort they put into keeping this restaurant spotless, in all honestly it’s one of the best buffets I’ve had in a long time
