Three employees were standing and talking behind the counter. No one asked to help us. I placed my order at the kiosk and waited 10 minutes for two ice cream sundaes. However, 3 teenage boys walked in and were helped immediately. Just because we are seniors doesn't mean we should get second-rate treatment.

I placed an online order worth 36$ and when I went through the drive through to pick it up the gentleman gave me a dog treat for my dog. That's was the last good thing. Then I was asked what I ordered by the worker and was given the wrong soda and was told to park in spot 3 which someone else was already in. Then when the food came out I was missing my wifes ice cream...Unhappy wife unhappy life...Then when trying to talk to a manger about it I was told I can get a refund online. When I got home I noticed I didn't even get a 20 peice nugget I got a 10. Then found out I had to call them for a refund anyways. It's fast food not rocket science. The cashier was nice and tried to get the manager but they refused to come up. Soda was flat, I got a diet soda not normal, I was missing 2 ice creams, and 10 nuggets. I should've went to Arby's.

I am frustrated with this spot and won’t go again I tried more than once to give them an opportunity to get my food right and they just can’t. I always get cold miss made food. And when I go in to let them know the food came to me worst than when I first complained. This place needs training on customer service and food temps. Do not recommend going there .

I had a BOGO sandwich coupon from an other McDonald's I went to and not only would they not honor it but they made me wait 5 minutes to tell me that. Female manager said her owner doesn't accept them. Well , we will NEVER be be back Mr Pyles!!

Absolute blast as always going to grab some grub. Its location near the snowpark is so nice. Elmer is a very pleasant and charming employee. It is nice talking to him and he is very friendly. Amazing service!

Can't even get a receipt because apparently their printers are all broken. I'd watch your accounts people. Shady as ever

Store opens at 5:00am. I pull up at 10 after 5 and order 2 sausage mc muffins with egg. I was told there is a 10 minute wait for round eggs! WHAT?! This store never has round eggs!

We almost never get everything we order. This time, the oatmeal was runny and I did not get a spoon to eat it with. We ordered an iced mocha but received a different drink and had to have it remade.
