McDonald’s in Franklin Wi on Rawson and 76th street has to be the worst Mcds in the county!
The food (especially fries) through the drive thru is Always COLD! (I believe the phrase “it’s not old until it’s sold” is this locations motto!). Portion sizes are minimal at best, (today’s large fry was the same size as my small offering) and you must rebuild your burger and add condiments as it was slopped together, dry and wrapped poorly. The 4 piece nuggets were so cold I bet they were well over an hour old!
(And note, I went through the drive thru at about 12:30 pm and no one was there! Others must feel as I do!!!)
The staff are usually so sullen you can tell they hate their jobs.
The only reason I frequent this location is an elderly lady I visit loves Mcds. Next time she wants a shake and fries I’m driving to Hales Corners where they care and do their jobs with pride.
If you enjoy McDonalds, don’t stop in Franklin!!
I’m done with this location!

This might be one of the absolute worst managed McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. I have been here a handful of times and every single time, they have managed to forget food items that were part of my order. The food quality also seems to somehow be subpar compared to other McDonald’s too. If you can avoid this location, I’d recommend you do so.

The service is fast, and most of the time the staff are friendly, but it’s kind of hit or miss. Some days I get incredible service, and other days it’s not as good. I’ve also noticed the prices are a bit higher compared to places in Greenfield or Milwaukee.

YOUR NIGHT TIME MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! 3 days in a row now, I have gone in to fix issue(s) with not being given the monopoly pieces. She is super rude, had a bunch of us in the lobby waiting for 15 minutes before anybody helped us. Then another 15 minutes before receiving food. Isn’t this a fast food restaurant? I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade, the way this situation is dealt with and still not given monopoly pieces is unacceptable. I’ve called the number twice and left voicemails with no response. I will be going in during the day to try and speak with another manager, losing time in my work day because your night manager can not do her job.

One of the worst experiences ever. Wasn’t busy at all, yet it took them 7 minutes of me waiting in line to take my order. Flies were swarming me. My friend had ordered a cookie, and they said it’d be out shortly. We waited 20 minutes and his cookie hadn’t came. We left, and left disappointed.

I just left the Mcdonald's on 76th and Rawson ave in Franklin. I ordered through the drive through. When I told the customer service person that she was missing two mcdoubles. She rolled her eyes at me.Someone was yelling at her in the background. And she basically threw the two mcdoubles out the window with no bag, acting like I was bothering her because I told her that they were missing. I can see why this mcdonald's only has a three star rating.

Tried this location for another go through a mobile order hoping the experience would be better. Ordered 20 minutes before even showing up, waited another 15 after giving them the drive through code. Still got items incorrect. How do you mess up a plain burger with no cheese. Also told me “pull into spot 6…” meanwhile there’s only 5 spots. 🤦🏼‍♂️Lost brain cells coming here, don’t recommend.

Three employees were standing and talking behind the counter. No one asked to help us. I placed my order at the kiosk and waited 10 minutes for two ice cream sundaes. However, 3 teenage boys walked in and were helped immediately. Just because we are seniors doesn't mean we should get second-rate treatment.

I placed an online order worth 36$ and when I went through the drive through to pick it up the gentleman gave me a dog treat for my dog. That's was the last good thing. Then I was asked what I ordered by the worker and was given the wrong soda and was told to park in spot 3 which someone else was already in. Then when the food came out I was missing my wifes ice cream...Unhappy wife unhappy life...Then when trying to talk to a manger about it I was told I can get a refund online. When I got home I noticed I didn't even get a 20 peice nugget I got a 10. Then found out I had to call them for a refund anyways. It's fast food not rocket science. The cashier was nice and tried to get the manager but they refused to come up. Soda was flat, I got a diet soda not normal, I was missing 2 ice creams, and 10 nuggets.
I should've went to Arby's.
