We were extremely disappointed this weekend we decided to go to Pizza Hut on Saturday and another restaurant, this time in Muskego closed. Which to me means no salad bar. So we settled for carry out at Franklin location. They told us 20 minutes and so we drove around to look at Christmas lights and then went to pick up the pizza and cheese sticks. They were right out of the oven the heat was coming through the box. When we opened the cheese sticks they looked totally uncooked....read full review
This is the WORST PIZZA HUT I'VE EVER BEEN TO. FIRST PROBLEM I WAITED AN HOUR FOR MY PIZZA, SECOND PROBLEM IT WAS THE WRONG PIZZA, THIRD PROBLEM I HAVE TO WAIT TWO MF'N WEEKS TO GET MY REFUND.... THEN THIS LITTLE PISS ANT MANAGER TRIED TO THREATEN AND TALK TO ME CONDENSINGLY... TOOK EVERYTHING IN ME TO NOT SMASH HIS FACE INTO THE COUNTER... DON'T GO HERE PLEASE THEY DON'T DESERVE BUSINESS AT ALL PERIOD!!!!
Tired to order the 50% off deal on Friday and the website was down. I called my local store and the shift lead admitted that there had been several complaints about this but refused to offer the deal and told me, "Just keep trying and it should eventually work". Is it standard customer service to deny a deal because your website can't keep up with the demand that's on it?
