We order here pretty frequently so this was a first time issue for us, but it was obviously bad enough for me to be writing this. Recently we’ve had one delivery driver calling or texting us and waiting for us to meet him outside to his car (even when it was storming). Tonight we ordered payed with card and had the text notifications on. They forgot an item on my order and said they would refund the money for it. They did not. The pizza was undercooked and I was hung up on 2 times. I called Corp to resolve the issue. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have experience. The managers are lazy and useless. 2 Calls 1 the day of the order and 1 5 days later when I noticed the charge.

We order a pizza couple days ago. It was absolutely a mess.Pizza was undercooked . I never saw a pizza you can’t off from pizza box and stuck to the pizza box.Pizza crust was very hard and never seen a that big piece of veggie on pizza.
