Absolutely 5 stars. Have placed atleast 5 orders since it’s under new management and each and every order has been correct. Not burnt not dry just spot on. The manager has great customer service always polite and offers the plates and other things. Yesterday when I came it the small lobby was PACKED. He remained calm and made sure to help everyone the best he could. This Pizza Hut will have me coming back.

More than three staff members working, no one acknowleged us upon entering or while we waited to be served, despite being close to counter and the bell going off alerting them of customers in the lobby. Everyone glanced and then continued to ignore us. They only talked to each other about if they made tips on an order. No one bothered to take our order.
This happened last time, weeks ago, figured we would give it another shot. We were served last time, but felt like an inconvience to them as it was a long wait to get served. We were willing to spend twice as much as expected due to the $7 deal and have a large group to feed. The sign also said new management but looks like several grumpy old men more concerned about getting tips than making money on a walk in order.

Paid over $100... the app didn't process our order properly so it wasn't ready but the charge went through.... waited for them to make the entire order but was given pizza that was basically raw.... also one pizza was completely wrong -- paid for meat lovers with NO meat.When I called to give feedback, the person who answered just argued with me and then said, "Well the app is 8 years old, ma'am " what kind of response is that??? Tried to submit feedback on the website -- nope! Doesn't work.I spent a TON of money on one of the WORST pizza experiences which was compounded by terrible customer service. Horribly disappointing.

Pizza wasn’t bad but was very dry even after asking for extra sauce. The cheese sticks had all the cheese in the middle and not on the edges. Delivery driver left at front desk of hotel, for $5.50 delivery, it should have been brought to my room. The driver told the front desk that they were short staffed, that doesn’t mean you deliver subpar service.

Always loved the pan crust, but every time we order, it's subpar. Thought we'd try again and order carryout. Pickup time was 14 minutes. When we arrived, there wasn't any staff in the lobby and the counter and floor were a mess. The pizza and breaksticks were already done and waiting before the 14 minutes.The cheese was barely melted and the crust is barely crunchy. The bread sticks are cold and taste like the weren't cooked when we placed our order. We had to heat/reheat the entire order. The sauce cups that came with were only half full. For $10 more than the same order than Domino's, we won't be wasting our money at Pizza Hut again.

We order a pizza couple days ago. It was absolutely a mess.Pizza was undercooked . I never saw a pizza you can’t off from pizza box and stuck to the pizza box.Pizza crust was very hard and never seen a that big piece of veggie on pizza.

We order here pretty frequently so this was a first time issue for us, but it was obviously bad enough for me to be writing this. Recently we’ve had one delivery driver calling or texting us and waiting for us to meet him outside to his car (even when it was storming). Tonight we ordered payed with card and had the text notifications on. The app said the order would arrive at 10:09, and we waited till about 10:29 before we started to actually worry about the food (we know it can get busy and assumed the driver had multiple orders). There was no knock, no call, no text, no update of any kind. After trying to call the restaurant (we know they close at 10, but it was worth a shot just in case there were actually that many deliveries being made) and customer service, I made the suggestion of “what if they literally left our food outside without knocking or saying anything”. My fiancé, who was with me, looked at me with so much dismay before going outside to check, finding the pizza now ice cold and on the grass floor. If we had to guess, it’s the same driver who refuses to leave his car during deliveries. It will be a long time before we decided to order here again.

Been 3 yrs since I had pizza hut. Ordered mushroom & cheese, received pepperoni & cheese. No one answered the phone for credit/refund. Never again

They forgot an item on my order and said they would refund the money for it. They did not. The pizza was undercooked and I was hung up on 2 times. I called Corp to resolve the issue. This is the worst Pizza Hut I have experience. The managers are lazy and useless. 2 Calls 1 the day of the order and 1 5 days later when I noticed the charge.

Don’t ever go to this one I ordered a dinner box half deep dish pizza was flat and hard they didn’t even put the cinnamon sticks wasn’t even in the box and the cheese sticks was replaced with burnt bread sticks with burnt shredded cheese. Then told me they will give me a $25 credit and I still don’t have it after 2
