Ordered Nov 5th, FOOD was horrible. Took them less then 15 minutes to prepare Pizza, 2 Cheefs, Stix and Shrooms, Chicken tenders. ALL UNDER Cooked. Even the Pizza was Cut CROOKED. Nothing good, Service and FOOD have been going down for a few years now. last time I ordered 8 Cheefs, All with Cheese that they left the plastic on all 8 CHEEFS. Needless to say had to drive back from Caledonia. STOP going to this place. 6 Rosati's in Illinois MUCH Better.

Hate to say it, but both food and service were both average at best. Check out person was not very friendly. Chicago style Pizza had too much crust to topping ratio. Normally on this style of pizza the complaint shouldn't be that there's too much crust. Can't say about other non-Chicago style Pizza- didn't try it.

My first time trying this place, recommended by my coworker.
Came in for pick up Saturday evening bought 2 large pizzas. Enjoyed my pizza very good pizza. thankyou Rosatis for all that you do. Definitely coming back.

Food is okay. If it were, I'd give a higher rating. Nothing like I remember the Rosati's in Pewaukee 20 years ago. Customer service is laughable. The delivery driver [woman], made sure to tell my daughter where to put the tip before she signed my receipt for me. All why making dramatic faces for having to stand there and hold the pizza while my daughter signed the receipt. There is an older woman that is really rude that works there. I picked an order up here once. I think we're about done ordering from the local pizzaria, unfortunately. Lose the attitude.
Went in at 9 pm to order a pizza and guy said no we are closed 7/25/2024 but hrs say 10 pm

I really like rosatis pizza. I grew up in Racine and lived in Chicago so my pizza tastes are thin crust with bit of spice. Although I prefer a family owned place, rosatis is nice standby.

We get pizza delivered to our work at least twice a month from Rosati's and it never disappoints. Friendly staff, accommodating and overall good pizza. The garlic bread is great too!
