Just tried to order pizza - the online ordering is turned off and I called several times and no one answers. The phone just rings and rings. Why are they not open in the middle of the day on a Saturday?

I’ve tried to order from here numerous times. They close (and leave) about an hour earlier than their posted closing time, they don’t answer the phone, and they turn off online ordering. 😑 Why does the most poorly run Rosati’s have to be the one closest to my home. 🫤

Food is always good. Consistency is the key. Not much atmosphere here because it’s take out only but always good pizza & calzones. Friendly staff.

Ordered Nov 5th, FOOD was horrible. Took them less then 15 minutes to prepare Pizza, 2 Cheefs, Stix and Shrooms, Chicken tenders. ALL UNDER Cooked. Even the Pizza was Cut CROOKED. Nothing good, Service and FOOD have been going down for a few years now. last time I ordered 8 Cheefs, All with Cheese that they left the plastic on all 8 CHEEFS. Needless to say had to drive back from Caledonia. STOP going to this place. 6 Rosati's in Illinois MUCH Better.

Hate to say it, but both food and service were both average at best. Check out person was not very friendly. Chicago style Pizza had too much crust to topping ratio. Normally on this style of pizza the complaint shouldn't be that there's too much crust. Can't say about other non-Chicago style Pizza- didn't try it.

Came in for pick up Saturday evening bought 2 large pizzas. Enjoyed my pizza very good pizza. thankyou Rosatis for all that you do. Definitely coming back.

Food is okay. If it were, I'd give a higher rating. Nothing like I remember the Rosati's in Pewaukee 20 years ago. Customer service is laughable. The delivery driver [woman], made sure to tell my daughter where to put the tip before she signed my receipt for me. All why making dramatic faces for having to stand there and hold the pizza while my daughter signed the receipt. There is an older woman that is really rude that works there. I picked an order up here once. I think we're about done ordering from the local pizzaria, unfortunately. Lose the attitude.
