i’m unsure how i personally offended the middle aged woman with the brown hair in a bun who works at this establishment but i have never been talked to the way she talked to me ANYWHERE. I walk up to the line at 6 something pm unsure if they were still even open since she was cleaning the counters when I walked over. I was patiently waiting for her to finish what she was doing to maybe tell me they were closed or ask to take my order like a normal person. Instead i got a few dirty looks while she was cleaning up and then asked “are u going to order???” not in a nice way at all. I said “yeah if i can” and she goes “well how was i supposed to know that if you’re not even at the register” (1st of all why does it matter where i am standing in the line 2nd i didn’t want to walk up to the register tapping my feet waiting for her to be done i wasn’t in a hurry so i figured id b respectful and wait until she’s done to stand at the register to order and mind u i was IN the line like i was not standing off to the side somewhere i was 3ft from the register if that) anyways, i said “oh im sorry about that” and she goes “well i just don’t know what you were doing how was i supposed to know u were ordering?” like trying to argue with me i held my tongue because obviously she was having a bad day or is some kind of mentally ill and doesn’t know how to politely talk to people without confrontation but then she goes “well what do u want?” at this point i genuinely didn’t want to order anymore i was on the verge of tears because i was so confused as to what i did to her to make her so unhappy i told her “i just want a venti iced chai please” and then she brings up me standing far away from the register again. i’m unsure how many times she wanted me to apologize but it was probably a total of 3 or 4. then she said “can i get a name?” in a condescending voice again and then said “it will b done shortly” in a tone where u would have thought i just asked her for the world. i just PAYED for the drink im sorry you’re unhappy with your job or life but why she was taking it out on me im confused about. Then she avoided eye contact with me and put it on the counter when it was done no further words. I genuinely felt like she knew me personally or something and i killed one of her loved ones that was how i was treated. i have never had someone make me feel like that before who’s job it is to talk to people so many times during their shift. didn’t see her name all i know was her hair was brown in a messy bun and she was probably in her 40’s terrible attitude probably very hard to miss.

I came today and ordered 2 black tea lemonades and I always order the black tea lemonades with 4 pumps sugar and 2 raspberry and I love to watch them make my drink, it’s so satisfying. I was watching her (blonde tall girl) make it and she put 6 pumps of sugar and I asked her how many pumps and she lied to my face and said 4. When I seen her do 6. I felt terrible to complain but when I tried it was so sweet! And so I did some shopping and came back to have them remake it ( drinks were still full) and they tried to charge me! They remade it with such a terrible attitude! I was once a barista, I know it’s a lot of pressure but she did it so rudely like if I was inconveniencing her. Will never come back!

Went today usually have good experience the young girl at the register today was rude as hell. She did not give me whip cream which isn’t a big deal. My deal was I was waiting for my receipt and told me “you can go now” I stood dumbfounded and asked my my receipt. Worse customer service hands down.
i haven’t ever really had a problemhere besides one ! a rude maybe in 30s year old lady i asked why there strawberry acie was out she looked at me with all rudnes and shoes me to a little tiny sign and said we are out and laughed and when i was looking for a new order she huffed and puffed i have rub into problems with her before ! so rude ! if you don’t like your job it’s not OUR fault i’ll look for her name next time ??

Stopped here for my daughter. She loves her some Starbucks!! The one we go to is inside Target.
Parking good. Drive up congested. Danish yummy. Drink to order. But came out separately and had to wait.
No tables or seating, left without purchase.
If you like coffee you will enjoy Starbucks.
My daughter asked for a pink drink without berries, the girl making her drink gave her one with berries. When she asked for one with no berries the girl was rude, scooped the berries out and gave the same drink back. The seeds were still in the drink....if you mess up, the least you can do is remake the drink!
