Pretty sure the employees are stealing from this location. The last 3 times I've have been to this location they have claimed to be cash only and exact change or mobile app orders only. Common grift as someone working the register when given exact change is to cancel the order and pocket the money the customer gave. Qdoba got our buisness tonight

Went through the drive through 3 times. Each time our order was wrong. First time they “gave us the DoorDash order on accident” second time though we pulled out and again we were missing 3 items. Third time going though they admitted they forgot one item and then argued saying that they didn’t forget the other food items. Said there was one of our items in the first bag we received (we ordered a cheese quesadilla.. we got 2 chicken quesadillas) why is it so hard to get the order right. Especially after the 3rd time. We have a vegetarian who does not eat meat. We ordered a cheese quesadilla for a reason.

Went threw the drive threw at lunch. Ordered my food to take home. Opened my Mexican pizza and they put a napkin on top of my pizza and threw in a huge handful of hot sause on top of napkin. How darn unsanitary to put a napkin on top of my pizza that stuck to the cheese and then to throw hot sause on top of the napkin like my food was garbage. Disgusting I never seen anything like this before.

Placed order through the app for a delayed pick up. Received a text saying order was ready 30 mins before schedule. I called to make sure food would be fresh. Was told it would cost extra to make it fresh at the time I scheduled it. Extra cost for their mistake? No thanks, canceled order.

I haven't been to taco bell in ages. I just went through drive thru and ordered 2 five layer burritos and 2 cheese quesedeas. And I was shocked when it was $23. Last time I went to taco bell I swear I got 5items for. $10.it was crazy. The burritos were OK but not like I remember. The quesideleas were the nastiest thing I ever tasted. It was a mushy tortilla filled with the spiciest grossest cheese sauce I ever tasted. Terrible expensive nasty food
