I've had plenty of issues with the wrong food being put in the bag before at this location and that's a minor annoyance. Today sunday april 6th really took number one for the biggest issue I've ever had in fast food. I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up I was told they have no employees at the speaker box so they couldn't make my order and I needed to get a refund online. I don't know if the pay is garbage or the hiring is a failure but it's not ok. I wish could give -5 stars.

Store had customers waiting over 45min in drive thru without coming to tell us in line that the store closed at 12 with 9 cars in the drive so inconsiderate and rude when I called to ask why we waiting so long!! Unacceptable customer service!!

Went to the drive thru, said it was “full” with 2 cars in it and to come inside. Went inside and told them I have an online order . Couldn’t find it for 2 minutes and then took 20 minutes to make 5 items for my wife and I.

We ordered a head on the mobile app. We had to wait 50 minutes after we showed up. The food was cold and they were missing items. Go anywhere else

The one thing this location has going for it is consistency. They can't get an order right to save their lives. My orders are consistently missing items. Or if all the items are there, something, somehow, is screwed up. ie: tacos with no beef but lettuce and cheese, but the next taco in the order is overflowing with beef, order an item with no tomatoes, of course it has tomatoes on it when I get it.

It's astonishing how consistent this location is. It's reliability at its best.

I will literally drive right past it to go to a different location.

If I pulled this kind of ish on people that this place does to its customers, I'd be arrested for theft.

That being said, it's Taco Bell, so what do you expect? After all, quality control has to be impossible on an assembly line operation. I dont know how Henry Ford discovered and implemented QC his assembly lines.

The worst location,service was the worst I’ve ever had anywhere! Lady at the drive through was upset that myself and those I had with me were laughing. She proceeded to complain and run her mouth about us to staff while the window was still open and we were sitting right there. 0/5 stars unbelievably unprofessional

My family should not have to wear their winter jackets while eating in the restaurant. This is not the first time. Been here before and again was freezing. Don’t think they turn on the heat. Won’t come to this location again.

Worst location in the area, we live in Franklin and drive to the Oak creek Taco Bell to get food made the correct way. The Franklin location always misses something you ordered/paid for and the foods quality took a drastic decline, every time you pull up to this location you’ll see the manager or one of the workers smoking outside then run back inside when you pull up to the drive thru. All the workers there could care less about anything going on there. Then they raise prices and their awful service and quality stays the same. Go to a different Taco Bell because this location will leave you frustrated and you’ll never want to go back. Half the time you pull up to the drive thru they tell you something’s wrong and to order inside as well, like maybe you should close the drive thru then lol this location needs upper management to take a look.

Just stopped in today for a gift card which turned out to be a little tricky for them because they couldn't do it at the front register but they got it done. Didn't get his name but the guy that opened the door for me was amazing and I came out with more than a gift card, should have got his name because he was excellent! Appreciate all their efforts in my small transction!
