This was a great stop! I think this location is one of the best EandGs around. Small town influences there? Everything was delicious and the bread was fresh from the oven. The customer service was friendly and fast. We will be back!

Love this place. Wish there was one closer to me. Gluten-free bread options and they taste decent. GF soup as well. This is a real treat for diet restricted people. Staff was friendly. The place is attached to the gas station. Very clean.

It's been years since I've had Erbert & Gerberts, but it was quite good, and very fast. It's a great place to stop for a quick takeout lunch.
The addition of sun-dried tomatoes to the Jacob bluefinger is questionable at best. Other than that, everything was great.

Waited to write this review until the owner/manager called me to "make it right", but that has yet to happen.Ordered 2 sandwiches at 440 for delivery at 510. 6 comes around and still no food, so I call. Gave them my name and order number. They couldn't find it. Okay, no problem, i understand there are glitches when it comes to technology. So ill come pick them up or since i already paid delivery, ill wait for delivery. "Well unfortunately there's nothing we can do about it". Mind you i have an order number and proof that my credit card was charged to the freedom location but I still get told "Our tech department will have to look into it". At this point I have to dispute the charge with my bank as i dont have high hopes that erberts and gerberts will make it right. Unfortunately this isn't first bad experience with them, poorly made, expensive sandwiches, I give up!

The woman taking my order, Danielle, couldn't figure out how to run my order through on a credit card. I had to repeat the number back to her several times. She kept reading it a loud. I asked her not to broadcast my CC#. She yelled at me and asked me how else I expected her to remember the number. I asked for extra cranberry wasabi sauce on my sandwich. When it arrived there was no no sauce on the sandwich. It was dry. When I called to complain I was told by the same person who took my order that she thought I didn't want any sauce. She told me I could have sauce delivered, but there would be an extra charge to deliver it. She was very nasty. Lastly, the sandwich was flat; it looked like someone sat on it. I was not pleased.
