My daughter's wedding was held in September 2024. The ceremony was held right on site at Simply Country Barn and it was beautiful. Everything went very well. We had a small wedding (60 people) but Jim and Carrie Tryba made sure every detail was just right. We signed up for the floral, decorating and game packages too. Carrie has a lot of experience as a florist, and it showed. The bouquets and boutonnieres were beautiful. There were so many decorations to choose from, and everything looked just beautiful. Our guests enjoyed playing the outdoor games. We also had a bonfire where guests could make s'mores. It was monitored by a staff member to ensure that everyone stayed safe. We were able to use the big speaker free of charge, so we could download play lists and avoid the cost of a DJ or band. The couple really wanted an outdoor wedding, and thankfully Mother Nature cooperated. But if it had rained, the barn was Plan B. It would have been every bit as beautiful. Jim began fogging for mosquitoes very early in the morning to ensure that bugs were not a problem. And, he planted a field of sunflowers, which made a lovely backdrop for photos. There were a lot of other nice photo spots, including a little grove of trees, and antique farm equipment on the property. Altogether, the staff at Simply Country Barn made it a very special day.

It's all right but the bars down in the hole it was very hard to get a drink and it was very hot in there.

I really wanted to have my wedding here because it's beautiful and fit my aesthetic. Unfortunately I saw some red flags in the contract. Our attorney looked at it and told us absolutely don't sign that. Definitely look at some of the legal fine print, you take on all the liability at the venue and beyond. The owners were very friendly until bringing this up.

Very nice venue. The inside set up was sensible. The bar in the middle with access from either side. Bathrooms on same level as well.

I recently had my wedding reception here at Simply Country Barn. My overall experience was a 10/10. From the day I booked with them, Carrie spent so much time working with me to plan the perfect reception. Everything day of went very smoothly, and I can honestly say I have no complaints. If you're looking for a beautiful, fun reception venue, Simply Country Barn is the place! Thank you again, Jim and Carrie, for everything!

I attended a lower level wedding and felt closterfobic...low ceilings, very crowded narrow isle tables and chairs settings, very difficult to evacuate especially for the elderly or disabled. Won't attend another event in the lower level.

This was the second wedding we attended here. It's a large renovated barn. Lots of old wood and character. Wedding chapel on one end and large banquet hall on the other. Bar and facilities in the center. Very clean with modern restrooms. Atmosphere was relaxed and cheerfull. Enjoy going there very much.

It was an interesting venue. It's pricy for what you get . It's a rustic barn with a nice bar and grounds . But there is not a big area for the dance floor and guests to stand or sit after the meal . With the DJ , wedding party and wedding guests It's very cramped . Of your having a small wedding It would work buy if you have more than 100 people including the wedding party you will be crowded after the meal .
