Food is great, kitchen staff is great, some of the servers won't serve you if you're alone (Brittany) because you probably won't tip well. They (Brittany) also stared me dead in the eyes while eating after I told her I haven't gotten a menu. After waiting, someone from the kitchen took my order, love that guy.

There was a big mixup at our table, it was a big group which doesn't always help. The waitress was very nice, she made it right for the food Oops. My friend ordered the jumbo traditional wings, they were huge. They said they were delicious.

Extremely disappointed with the service here. My group came before another group and we ordered a small wings order. Because they couldn’t figure out how to feed the group after us which ordered a large wing meal, they came back and told me they ran out of wings but brought wings out for the group immediately after us. I was required to change my order and they accommodated someone else. Extremely rude would never recommend or eat here again.

Don't make the mistake I did and ask an employee if you can sit anywhere. From 815 to nearly 850 pm I sat there. Employees walked on by not saying anything. When I finally got someone's attention I got a menu. Was told the drink that was on the table that was there before I got there was an indicator that I had a beverage. Not once did I have a drink from anything. Then was told the kitchen is about to close so something simple like a burger can be ordered. I got up to leave and talked to the manager. He clearly didn't care and put the blame totally on me. Oh we have signs everywhere. I never been there, didn't see it, and stated I asked an employee so no I didn't just sit down. They won't bat an eye about the situation but it still is wrong.

I had the chicken nachos and they were AWESOME! The portion was huge and had the perfect chip to toppings ratio. I can't remember the name of the fantastic drink but it was Stoli cucumber vodka & lemonade and it was great. Our waitress was attentive and friendly.

Food is great. The atmosphere is amazing. The service is horrid. I have applied for a job as a server at this place multiple times every time I apply I’m told they’re fully staffed every time I go in there I have to go and get my own drinks from the bar because no one ever comes to a table. I literally bust my table and the surrounding tables almost every time I go in there because there’s never a server to clear off cups or anything from the outside tables. I don’t understand how they always say they’re fully staffed, but then they have the worst service of any place on the water.
