I had cod fish fry, the fish was not well cooked, it was grey and watery. Someone else in the party had salmon, apparently it tasted good but the serving was very small (the server said 4oz but I think that was generous).
The tater tots were very good though! Impeccable - cooked crispy as they should be.
Service was prompt, pleasant and helpful. We were a bigger group and they were very accommodating.

We used to love coming here. It had been a few years since our last visit and my wife and I thought it would be worth ordering take out. She ordered the shrimp and I had the cod dinner. The fish were very small pieces. The shrimp were ok. The fries left a lot to be desired though. Prices are a bit high for what you get.

We had a fantastic experience! We were visiting the area and this place was recommended to us by our Airbnb hosts. They made special accommodations for us and we were so appreciative. The bartender made our drinks perfectly, and was so friendly and sweet! We came to escape the chaos of life and we did just that surrounded by locals in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely will be back!

The owners/family is amazing. The food is so good. My favorite is the cheese curds and steak sandwiches. Love being able to go sit outside and enjoy such a beautiful view of the lake.

This was my first visit to Castle Rock Lake, very beautiful area. The Rustic Ridge is a great place to stop and grab some good food. Friday night, husband had the ribs, he loved them!! We returned on Saturday afternoon to watch the baseball games and for the fun meat raffle. Had the pizza for a snack, which was delicious and stayed for a great dinner. They have a fun and personable staff If you save room, Sadie makes a good cake. She said she's doing different flavors for the seasons. Don't forget to catch the amazing sunset from here. Go check out this little piece of heaven, it's worth it.

Mikey our server was awesome. Prime rib is never ever to be cooked on a grill. We told our server and the prime rib came with grill marks on it. It is so loud being the bar is also close to dining area. Never ever again for me. The old rustic ridge was amazing so sad.

Unbelievable awful experience last night at rustic Ridge restaurant. We specifically ask to hold our fish Fry after we finished the salad bar. The meal came out less than one minute afterwards they took it back and reserved it to us was soggy greasy and not what I’m used to compared to the places I go After complaining about this became a very difficult situation and they didn’t handle it very well unfortunately I don’t think I’ll ever be back and would not recommend anybody going there if you wanna hit me up with a message I can explain it more
The best ribs in the world! Delicious all you can eat fresh salad bar. The owners are awesome and aim to please. Friendly atmosphere. The great culinary team rocks it!

We came here because we heard the food was really good. I had the fettuccine alfredo and when I got my meal it was just pretty much buttered fettuccine noodles. There was no alfredo sauce on, just oils and butter. As you'll see from the picture I had to dump a bunch of Parmesan cheese on it. The serving size was very small also for the price of the 13.99. My partner had the prime rib and said it was okay but also a very small cut for the price. We will most likely give it another try and hopefully the food will be better. The service was decent we had a very friendly server although the service was very slow with not too many people in the restaurant when we went last Saturday. They do have a full salad bar which was great along with the bread. We did have a beautiful sunset view of Castle Rock lake.
