I gave it all high stars. The people that work there are hard-working, so friendly and welcoming, not being from the area. It's nice to go in and not be stared at prices are very reasonable. Food is very, very good.

We stopped by after a day of hiking and their special was lasagna with garlic toast. It was BEST lasagna we’ve had at a restaurant in years. Clearly homemade, lots of meat in it, and so large neither of us could finish it. We enjoyed the leftovers the next morning for breakfast.
The atmosphere was rustic in a western cafe way, and very friendly. Smiles all around.

It's a small place and I imagine it fills up quickly. Half the dining room was full and the only sound was a customer cussing at the bar, conversing with the bartender. Some sort of background music would've been nice. This definitely felt like a tavern that serves food, compared to a restaurant with a bar. Both the waitress & bartender were friendly and welcoming. I ordered the 2 piece perch dinner, based on reviews. These were small, thin filets, together, yielding just one perch. I felt the fish was overcooked, but it still tasted good. Other people ordered the cod, and that looked amazing.

Wonderful crowd. Owners are genuine and great people. Food is delicious and price point is unbeatable. Surf n turf for ~25,35 $ fish fry is incredible. Had perch. They were easily 14" long.

Food felt like home! We all had Julies burgers and not one of us needed to add sauce, they were seasoned perfectly! The lasagna soup was amazing and the pie turned back time to when you were kids eating homemade apple pie! Hightly recommend and definitely going back!

The waitress was awesome super attentive but the lobster was not great and the steak was very grisly and I ended up taking it home for my dog lol ok but the appetizers omg the appetizers were soooooo good! I won't go back for the surf and turf but those appetizers will get me back there!
