I order a sub and hour ago. I paid for bacon but never got it. I won't be going back to this subway again. I been scammed by the business.

Quite a few observations were concerning when a secondary employee with glasses and sandy blonde hair walked into the restaurant with two bags of chicken out in the open that looked thawed out which should’ve been transported in a cooler with ice for food safety.
Then, when that same employee went to go scrub in, she only used water- did not use soap, then proceeded to handle food right afterwards. After putting the sandwich into the oven she adjusted her bra strap underneath her shirt with the same gloves on and proceeded to continue touching food with afterwards. Then the other employee that ran out of red wine vinaigrette in the bottle, took the old bottle into the back, refilled the old bottle slightly and thus used ginger from an old bottle on my food. Then continued to use the same gloves that she touched whatever in the back with and continued to touch my food and folded my sandwich with the same gloves she touched surfaces likely contaminated in back with. All of that is food handling safety issues and should never happen. You must change your gloves anytime you touch any other surface other than the food and then wash your hands after you took off those gloves too to put on new gloves. In this case literally any surface she touched with those
Gloves including lids to food are considered contaminated.
Lastly, when I got home, their wheat bread is completely stale to the point that it’s like rubber. And mind you mine was toasted so it should not be like that.
We tried to make a claim on the app and it told me I could only put 255 characters in. I cannot explain all of these bad things in that short Amount of characters

When we got there a lady came in with chicken from another store that I assume was frozen and had thawed, the same lady (shoulder length hair and glasses) washed her hands with just water and when she was making my sandwich she adjusted her bra strap without changing gloves and continued touching food.

Gentlemen working was not changing gloves in between customers. He would make the sandwiches, check the person out (using his gloved hands to touch the cash register and itch his head), then go right to the next customer in line. They also have a major fruit fly infestation. Can't imagine this place would pass a random food inspection.

This is the greatest subway of all time the staff is super friendly and willing to help in anyway possible when it comes to making you the perfect sandwich. The young man named Abraham is an excellent employee always helpful and on task. That man deserves a raise on god no cap bruh.

Terrible service I see the store manger (tammy) always playing candy crush on her phone and having everyone else that works there do everything and who ever all works there always gives me old bread that’s really flakey and there’s a woman named Jillian that works there that snapped at me just because she didn’t hear what kind of bread I wanted she has a bad temper problem she snaps at people all the time

Worst place I have ever been to in my life tammy the store manger is very rude and lazy all she does is sit on her phone playing candy crush and she doesn’t even pay for her food but still tells employees they have to pay for it

They weren't open at 8:15 pm on a Monday. But there was someone in there. Doors were locked and the open sign was off.

My wife and I stopped in for a sub this morning at 11:30am. There was one customer that just paid their bill in front of us. No other customers in the shop. We stood in front of the (2) employees for over 10 minutes as they seemed to be working at filling an online order. During this entire time, they never even recognized that we were there, didnt say a word. Not - hey, we'll be right with you or give us a couple minutes.they continue to work off the online order receipt, never looked up at us. My wife said if they start another sandwich without talking to us, we're going to walk out of here. Well, we left!! Wth kind of service is your store providing.There were also customers lining up behind us that werent acknowledged as well.
