I thought I was walking into a dive bar and was surprised on how nice it is inside. Very good food and friendly bartender. Apparently the business has been sold and there will be new owners soon. Hopefully they don't screw it up, lol

This was my first visit to the M&M Bar since the new owners took over. My wife and I had some onion rings and fried cheese curds for appetizers on this visit. They were very well prepared and tasty - we will be coming back to try more of menu. The bar has a very good selection of local and standard beers.

Good lunch stop and after work stop. Good drink selection with local beers on tap. Food is decent for bar food. I liked the brisket sandwich but I think it could be made better with some toping options or if the BBQ is applied in the kitchen instead of giving you a bottle at the table.

The owner is disrespectful, rude and feels that it is ok to discriminate against disabled people! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Watered down drinks and gross food to boot

We have always stopped at this bar on trips to this area in the fall. We were surprised to learn that it has changed hands, and the new owners are supporting local farmers and brewers! We watched Badger football, drank spicy bloody Marys and Driftless Dirt beer, both excellent. The burgers were great, as were the jalapeno cheese curds. We really loved the Greek pizza with local feta from the cheese place in Mt. Sterling that we had just visited. The owners were in house, she working the bar and he the grill. Very friendly and funny people. There were locals as well as other apple and pumpkin hunters mostly from Iowa. Everyone was very happy! There are sand volleyball courts outside, and the Kickapoo is close by if you are canoeing or kayaking. A great addition to this region, which has changed so much since we started coming every fall 35 years ago. You will not be disappointed!

Bought their most expensive sandwich on their menu... $10.50 for their barbequed brisket sandwich.... I was very disappointed. There was 2 pieces of.. some kind of meat in this sandwich and not a drop of barbeque sauce. I was not impressed. Subway makes much better sandwiches for less. Never again.

This is what you get when you order a bar from wish. Dont ask for a mixed drink , they wont have the stuff to make it. White Russians are a house speciality , straight out of a can!
