Great shakes and food when you can get service. Hours have changed alot over the years and makes being a regular challenging, and then being denied service because "it's too close to closing" Or "sorry we close in 15 so we can't take your order"Looks like start cleaning up 20-30 mins before close and then watch the clock til time to go.

Food was good minus the clam chowder tasted like flour. The broasted chicken was really good same with the mashed potatoes and gravy. Service is a joke. Everyone looks miserable and lack customer service but they have a drive thru!

Twenty minute drive-thru wait for a plain hamburger that cost $9! My only request was the hamburger be cooked well done and it was cooked medium at best... The fella at the drive-thru was very friendly however also cleaning garbages while packing to go orders and I saw a zero hand washing and apparently the drive-thru window is where the staff eats lunch? I watched a young girl scarf down a meal in front of me licking her fingers afterward and then going back out to the dining room... Yuck!

3 times I’ve ordered the bagel sandwhich, scrambled eggs , cheddarCheese, grilled onions, ans your pick meat. 3/3 times I’ve gotten NO grilled onions. I think the kitchen staff need to be aware that this comes on the sandwhich as listed on menu. Also i asked for sausage and cashier toldMe it was a patty! Well instead of a patty it was sausage links chopped up in my eggs. I had a vision when i ordered this and very disappointed.

We have gone here for breakfast and also for ice ice cream quite a few times and loved it! But Saturday topped it all, when I took my granddaughters here for ice cream. The young man behind the counter was silly with them, gave them each a taste of an ice cream flavor, it was the end of a wonderful day after Stades in McHenry. Kudos to him!!

Well the food is extremely large in quantity. The quality is not organic and hopefully the cook remembers what was ordered. For me my receipt was right but what was brought to me not what I ordered. No exchange even offered by the cashier/server. Sooo enter at your risk.

Go here at least monthly for breakfast and love the food. Try their cornbread muffins with strawberry jam.... ?. Great staff, good food, spacious atmosphere. They also have ice cream, chocolates, lovin oven treats, a deli, and so much more. Great one so shopping experience
