Great food and a quaint place with a nice little deck for outdoor dinning.
Fantastic service and very clean environment!
10/10 food but 0/10 pickle.
It's easy to get real, crunchy pickles. Klaussen is the BEST brand, your kitchen staff deserves the right tools for the job.
I traveled to my sister's house and we ate there. All I can say is a must try!
My wife and I both had the smash burgers and they did not disappoint! Definitely try the bixenberger! We’ll be back
Great Smash Burgers and excellent homemade potato chips. $2 Happy Hour domestic bottles as well
Great food and excellent service!
My husband and I visited for the first time today. 4/5/25. It was excellent! We both had single smash burgers which were awesome. The young adults working there were amazing and I must admit I expected them to not engage with us and be on their phones the entire time. This was NOT the case at all and they all did an amazing job. I highly recommend this place.
Try the bixenberger, really great!
Stopped her for a quick drink on way back home. They have a very inviting staff and very busy

Top notch, smash burgers
Came here as a group of 4 around 6:30p on a Friday. It was pretty busy, as expected, but only took about 10 minutes to get a table. Service and food were both phenomenal. We had 2 apps, 4 meals, 2 beers, and 2 mixed drinks, which came out to about $120 after tipping.
FANTASTIC food, service, and atmosphere at Bixenberg Tavern! Went in on a whim for an early dinner as we were passing through the area on a Sunday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to find a happy hour deal (which they have every day of the week): $2 domestic bottled beers from 4-6pm! They had a list of about eight beers to choose from. Our server Morgan was sweet and funny, and she had excellent and honest recommendations. My husband and I had the Bixenburger with fries and the German poutine, along with a bottle of PBR each. The bar and restaurant areas were small but very cozy and comfortable, and there were many regulars there just hanging out, laughing, and enjoying fabulous food and drinks. Also of note: we were greeted with a friendly hello on both our way in and out way out, and my burger had a B (for Bixenberg) branded on the bun top (see photo), which was a classy touch. We'd return in a heartbeat!
First time here and it was great! Bartenders make a good old fashioned. Our server was fantastic and recommended the homemade chips with French onion dip. AMAZING! We will foe sure be back.
If you’re going for a cocktail, expect to wait a long time even be noticed and then wait to even be waited in. Super small bar.
